I found this vet after by dog was diagnosed with cancer and they helped me navigate his success in longevity of a happy healthy life. All staff and owners are outstanding and so helpful. The practice is calming, clean and cage free. They did an operation also on my dog when he ate a Christmas toy and got it stuck in his intestines, with huge success at his old age. I always felt my boy was safe and in good hands when i had to leave him there. Would recommend this vets over and over again to anyone. Wonderful owners who truly care about fixing your fur baby!

By far the best vets around. I trust them with the best advice and treatment for all my animals and they are 2 & 4 legged, fur & feathered family to me. I always know that I can trust them for honest veterinary advice with the animals welfare and wellbeing being of prime importance. Thank you.

Lovely vets. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. The vets let me sign up to their pet plan when I needed expensive work done so i could get a cheaper rate.

I brought him in because his breathing was very rapid. I was told it was a virus and to leave it a week, it carried on so I took him back again for another examination and they said he seemed fine and didnt have a temperature. I had to keep paying for the consultations and explaining to the vet that something was definitely wrong with him. After the 3rd visit I told them he wasnt right and I wanted an xray. After this, the vet called and I was told he had lung cancer and referred me to an animal hospital.

I understand the vets were trying to help by me not spending money or doing tests that may have not been necessary but after those few weeks he went rapidly down hill and died. I just wish the vets would have listened to me saying he wasnt right so I could have atleast spent more time with him before he passed away.

In the meantime I signed up to another vets who did extra tests and helped me through this difficult time by looking after him and prescribing things that may slow down the process.

Richard and Helen Bragg have been our vets since they qualified in the 80s and we wouldn't dream of changing. All of the staff are wonderfully committed to animal welfare and provide amazing care. Parking and access is easy and, in emergencies, have never not been able to get a same day response.

A wealth knowledge and love at a brilliant practice. Richard and Helen have both been great with our little puppy Olive. She’s been in a few times for various reasons and each time they’ve made us feel at ease and explained everything and given us 100% reassurance. Nurses are absolutely brilliant and so friendly on arrival. I trust them all in the care of our precious pup. Can’t reccomend enough. Thanks so much!

We are so very grateful for firstly accepting us onto your lists for our bulldogs Bonnie & Bertie. We have only dealt with Richard, who has been absolutely fantastic giving us advice and treating our Bertie.
Nothing is ever too much trouble with Richard
He clearly does everything for the love of our babies, and goes above and beyond to help with the health of them.
Along with Richard we have to say how lovely and friendly his other staff have been to us, we have not met his wife Helen but I can imagine she's exactly like Richard. You can see why his waiting list is so long, but hang in there anyone looking for a super vet as Richard and his team are well worth there weight in gold!!
Thankyou all xxx
