I've recently has treatment with Liliana to have top back infected molar removed.
I was a nervous patient but Liliana was amazing, she talked throughout the extraction so I knew exactly what was happening, she gave a full explanation on why my sinuses were so impacted by the tooth. The aftercare package was great, with antibiotics, ice packs and mouthwash to keep the area clean and aid the recovery. The area has healed perfectly and the follow up appointment with Lilana has confirmed everything looks as it should.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr Ines and Denis’s at Primo Dental. From my initial consultation to the hygienist clean and teeth whitening journey, they have both been incredibly professional and kind, making me feel comfortable and at ease during each visit. I was referred to Dr Liliana Ruzzene by my own dentist as I needed Oral Surgery that he was concerned was not his speciality. Dr Liliana was a great choice as she was brilliant. I had a very difficult wisdom tooth to be removed and being very averse to pain I was dreading it.
I can say that this was the most painless procedure I have ever had and so smoothly done.

I have been having treatment for 15 months . I am having three implants and have had four onlays fitted. Every step has been fantastic. The implant team - Uday,Hayley and Chelsea are extremely approachable and friendly. I am informed/consulted at every step. Uday is so attentive, ensuring I felt no pain during each procedure. I was concerned about the implants being positioned but need not have worried at all. I initially felt embarrassed as I haven’t been for years but need not have at all.
I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Denisa and Innes have been fantastic. I feel very much at home.
So friendly and professional. . You feel at ease , able to ask anything.
Would most definitely recommend.

Arrived off the streets with no appointment. The assistant instantly was helpful and kind. I explained the situation and my symptoms to her. After a brief discussion with the dentist she was back out and said they could help. Little bit of paperwork explained the cost. Dentist had a look agreed the tooth needed to come out and the next thing I’m paying and out the door feeling a huge relief and I might add this was on their dinner break too. Amazing service, very kind and great work. Top marks thanks so much Woody…….!!!!!

Thoroughly recommend the ladies at Primo. I had a tooth that needed extracting that I had been putting off for the past two years due to being extremely nervous. I needn’t have worried! The dentist put my fears at rest immediately and did the extraction in a matter of seconds! It was totally painless. I can honestly say my fear of dentists is over. Thank you so much! ☺️
