I had my breast enlargement at Harley medical group. And had my surgery in there London clinic, they were fantastic. I loved my results I went from a small B cup to a DD and I couldnt be happier. My confidence is unbelievable since I've had my surgery. My surgeon was amazing and I'm a very happy lady x I would highly recommend and have done to anyone thinking of a medical procedure.

Having thought about having treatment for acne scarring for quite sometime I decided to contact the medical practice in Bristol . I must admit I was particularly nervous and feeling very low at that particular time in my life . Thankfully the staff at Bristol were fantastic and have been full of encouragement and gave plenty helpful advice during the treatment . The skin has greatly improved and I now feel far better about myself and look so much better thanks to the ladies of Bristol .

Have no doubt that you will be in great hands with these wonderful people who show great care for your well being . When my treatments finally come to an end I think I will miss my extended family at the Bristol branch of Harley Medical group .

I have very mixed feelings about HMG. The staff are very friendly but... I didn't go there to make friends. Their customer service is very poor (especially if you have serious time constraints).

I was supposed to be contacted by staff to let me know about the progress of swapping my laser treatment to dermaroller, and purchasing additional dermaroller package. Due to their lack of communication I missed the "get 1 treatment free" offer and didn't hear of the progress of swapping treatment for 4 weeks - until less than 24 hours ahead of treatment (had to contact them twice to get some information). What is more, every single appointment but one was cancelled and re-scheduled. This was of great inconvenience as it meant having to reschedule time off work every month and changing my fitness routine. Additionally, on my initial consultation I was told I would see around 50% improvement of my scars.... After 3 laser treatments and 3 dermarollers there is hardly any improvement.

Overall, I have decided to not continue my treatment with HMG and asked for refund. (Awaiting closure on this matter)

I felt totally abandoned after the PIP scandal broke. No help whatsoever, uncaring and absolutely no concern at all that these implants were causing their patients to become very ill. I was told to pay for my own scan to see if the implants had ruptured (yes the very same implants that HMG told all their patients were like "Jelly Babies in texture so if it ever split nothing would happen. Just image cutting a Jelly baby in half" he said. Luckily for me I managed to scrape together the money by taking out credit and getting into debt so I could have my implants removed. They had heavy gel bleed and free gel had been left loose in my body! My surgery was filmed so people could see what these implants did to us. Google "PIP UK Allergen Implants" and you'll see a new company that came to my rescue to remove them and also the new surgeon points out the terrible scars that HMG left me with on my original surgery (my HMG surgery was preformed by Armando Cason who was subsequently struck off for his botched job on another patient!). Google him to and you'll see just what kind of surgeon he was too! Completely and utterly devastated that we were all just abandoned and left to suffer not just physically but mentally too. My teenage kids thought I had cancer for gods sake! The Dr couldn't explain my illness despite numerous tests and it send their poor minds into overdrive thinking the worse. I felt like once you had taken our money you just didn't care. I DO NOT recommend at all!

Having had breast surgery with the Bristol Harley Medical I cannot rate them high enough. Attentive service and nothing being too much trouble. I am thrilled with the results and service that I received.

Lovely staff. Really friendly, informative, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very good at working around your time schedule as I have a 1yr old daughter they was very accommodating for appointment times.
