I'm hesitant to even give them 1 star, they don't deserve it. After years of picking up dosset boxes which they prepare for my sister who has had numerous strokes I am extremely unhappy about the last couple of months service. They leave it until the last minute to prepare them. They nearly left my sister without important blood pressure and heart tablets. Spoke to the pharmacist/manager who told me that they are stopping preparing the dosset boxes due to staff shortages. It's a very busy pharmacy. Perhaps they should stop doing covid and flu jabs which they get paid to do (leave that to the gp) if they can't support the sick and elderly in the area. Will definitely not be using this chemist anymore.
