Appoint availability is few and far between, and seeing your personal GP is unlikely. Booking is OK with Klinik, but with no human interaction it can be hard to convey your situation. GPs seem nice and friendly, and investigate the right things according to hospital doctors. However, tests and revisits to discuss test results are extremely spread out, this means weeks waits for initial appointments, then weeks waits for test appointments, then weeks waits for results, then weeks waits to get a GP appointment to discuss results. So, you can be waiting a LONG time for diagnoses and further investigations.

Have been a Patient of the Surgery since moving to the area over 40 years ago not long after starting Senior School. The Doctors are really good but the main problem since they merged is the waiting on the phone sometimes a hour.

Came here yesterday, managed to get an on the day appointment. I saw Dr Joshi, who was really kind, professional and patient. I felt as though he really listened to my concerns.

Reception team were really nice and managed to get me an appointment very quickly.

Would definitely recommend 🙂

Bridge view medical really might as well just close down. You cannot get through to anyone by phone and are not allowed to go to the actual surgery to try to get an appointment either.
I received a text message saying to book a gp appointment to review my regular prescription request. Do you think I can get through? No, not a chance. I've tried their 'e-consult service' they keep pushing people to, and get no response from that either, even when I chase it up.

Do we actually have any doctors in Bedminster

It is actually tempting to sell our house and move to a different part of Bristol just so we can actually see a doctor when we get asked too.

Bloody useless.

Went to the surgery today to see the nurse. A nurse called Catherine ( or Katherine) came to the waiting room and showed me to the room. She was very friendly, understanding and took the time to listen. She was very professional. If there were more people like her people would find it easier to go to appointments.. She is a very kind caring lady. Thank you.

If you sign up for this GP, you will lose all faith in the NHS. Better off going to A&E than making an appointment. Everytime I call i'm a minimum of 40 in the queue, doesn't matter if it's 9AM or 10.30.

Might aswell just close this GP down because they clearly aren't capable of handling the catchment area they provide for.

Excellent doctors. Excellent Nurses. If you can get to them. Admin and secretarial team are poorly trained, poorly motivated, abrasive and laser focused on making you thoroughly aware that that you are totally unwelcome and shutting down any enquiries before it generates more work for them. Getting info regarding times and dates is like pulling teeth and is an all in all unpleasant endeavour.
Great medical service though. Nurses I've dealt with are good as are doctors. Shame the front of house is such a stain.

Not safe. Impossible to make an appointment since centralising all calls. Will only allow 40 people in the queue, at times won't even allow you to join the queue there is so many.
Sincere advice would be to AVOID. It's dangerous and pointless having a GP if you can't get an appointment. I am making a formal complaint as am genuinely concerned about the care being offered.
