Receptionist refused to help me with getting some heart tablets for my husband that he had run out off due to them being slow in providing his repeat percription. The receptionist was very rude and very un helpfull. I ended up contacting 111 for help and they did help. The receptionist shouldnt be in charge of life or death. Disgrace.

I have been with Crofton Health Centre for over 30 years , in all of that time every member of staff from the GP's, Nursing staff, reception and Administration staff have been caring, compassionate and helpful. I think we are very lucky to have such an excellent Practice in Crofton.

I took my wife to the surgery this morning feeling very low and in need of help, after seeing Dr Taylor who was lovely she said to go to reception and book the appointment for the young receptionist to say she had nothing for the day the Dr had said but there was, my wife left upset, I sat her in the car and went back in to find she had got it wrong and another receptionist correcting her my wife suffers from depression and she knew that's what the appointment was for, more training and empathy, I,m very disappointed

They have a great team of people working at The Crofton and Sharlston Medical Centres, always helpful from the Receptionists Nurses, through to the Doctors, all are willing to listen to you and give you their time.
