I’ve had an appointment booked for over a month. I got a phonecall today, advising me my appointment has been cancelled (it’s still over a month away). The reason for the cancellation, according to the receptionist, was that the dentist would like to have their lunch break when my appointment was supposed to be! They can’t even rearrange for the same day and so my appointment is now delayed for another month.

At a time when appointments are so hard to get in the first place, cancelling them purely due to someone rearranging their lunch break is appalling. Not good service and, I have to say, if that is the reason for the cancellation, I’d rather they made something else up, such as staff shortages etc. That would have been less of an insult.

Great dentists, my two year old son went for the first time and enjoyed the experience. Miss Younis and assistant made him very comfortable and he loved his sticker. My checkup was good too. Teeth cleaned, no pain.

I had my first and last appointment with Mr Ghencea that hurt my gums with his tools in different parts. The next day I still have bleeding gums, no apologies for the damage whatsoever, he rushed in those 4 minutes of "visit". I have always taken care of my teeth so I just went for a cleaning, but he couldn't even clean that small amount of tartar I have. When he dismissed me he just looked at the computer and said to come back in 6 months time. Surely I am going back there!!! Thank you for causing damage and pain in my gums. If you don't like your job, just do something else (possibly with no people skills requirement)

Mr Khan and all staff at the practice were very helpful and friendly.
Helped me with the removal of molar tooth that had split inhalf. He explained everything about procedure he would have to do to remove the tooth.
Many thanks to all the staff

This dentist is a butcher. On my next visit I will be asking him to be more careful. Literally stabbed every part of my mouth, causing it to bleed and be in a lot of pain. Same applied to my partner. He rushes you in and out! Not sure if he even likes being a dentist or what is?

I was a new patient visiting as I’d had wisdom teeth issues so in quite a lot of pain! I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time, probably 10 years.. I was very anxious.

The dentist was rude, he didn’t ask me any questions about my problems, he didn’t explain what he was doing, he seemed rushed (probably as my appointment was late so he must have been over running) - he xrayed my mouth, again with no explanations. He didn’t advise whether my facial piercings would be okay to be left in or not, I had to ask whilst having cardboard pushed into my mouth.

He sent me downstairs to wait for the xrays whilst seeing another patient. I had no idea what he thought about my wisdom tooth as he hadn’t said a word. I was called back up 20 minutes later, and he said I could have it out if I wanted, or I could have antibiotics. Obviously I explained the pain had started to get better, so he decided against the antibiotics. He then said he would clean the teeth (only the bottom were done) and he was so rough, didn’t explain anything to me once again.

The doors to the room were wide open, therefore no privacy. As I left I thanked the dentist and his nurse and said goodbye, he didn’t response, however the dental nurse did.

I felt uncomfortable, awkward, anxious and I won’t be returning.

I tried this dental clinic as it was in a location where i often pass by. At the beginning, it all seemed welcoming and courteous.

But, once they enroll you and see that you are going to be (potentially) a regular patient, the response changes.

The care drops, sessions are done in haste and the medicine/applications are reduced (to save money).

Also, whenever you call they say the next appointment is at least 2 weeks away. but, if you drop-in and ask the receptionist, there always seems to be an appointment available. Isn't that fishy?

If i have to sum it up - you want to be sure that your dentist is taking you and your oral health seriously. I do not get this assurance here. Hence, it is hard for me to recommend.

Following a recent move to the area we decided on this Practice due to its location only, which upon reflection was a poor basis admittedly.
Starting with the premises, there is no parking other than at the side of a busy-ish road and outside a school. Upon entering the premises it's evident it is a crudely converted mid terrace 3 bedroom home down to the magnolia covered woodchip in the waiting area and odd assortment of plastic chairs littering the former lounge. Once called for the check up you must climb the steep, narrow staircase (I have no idea how less able individuals make it up there) to find yourself choosing one of the old bedrooms to see your dentist. I say dentist, because at no point are you told the name of your dentist. Not at the booking, sign in, call upstairs, not an introduction by the individual themselves. Once in the room there is no privacy as the doors don't seem to be able to be closed on the rooms due to the lack of space for equipment, and people. In total less than 5 minutes was spent checking my teeth before telling me they seem ok but an X ray will be taken. This was done by the dentist and assistant leaving the room, however as the landing is so small one had to go stand in another room, that was actual in use with another patient.
In summary;
The premises are, in my opinion, not adequate for their use
The staff are either poorly trained or ill-mannered
