Well after seeing Julie lockwood to day for a blood test and me taking the wrong form in . Julie got stright on to it to sort it out after getting intouch with the hospital. 10/10 Julie for looking after me and sorting my next appointment out . We are so lucky to have you keep up the good work 👏 because you are another Dr Rashid giving care and attention where it's needed . Thank you 😊

Having recently moved to the area, I was really impressed at how quicklyy calls were answered and how quickly am appointment was available. Im sorry that I didn't get the names of the two doctors I saw, but both were so patient and understanding, and it is the first time I have been able to open up about my problems. Would give more than 5 stars if I could

Won't let my dad book an apptmt. Shocking treatment of patients. I wouldn't even use the term patients as they don't actually see the patients. Dangerous. Go to another doctor's.

What a lovely day of interactions I've had with Rycroft. The receptionist with reddish curly hair booked me convenient same-day appointments with 2 different health care professionals back to back so I only had to visit once. The nurse with the homemade purple scrubs did me a minor procedure there and then which I expected to have to make a seperate appointment for. Dr Bromley was super attentive and in absolutely no rush. And all my appointments were more or less on time! I book and attend a lot of appointments in my role as a support worker, and this surgery is killing it. Totally person centred, felt accommodated and heard by everyone who helped me today. Well done guys!

It'll make you ill trying to see a doctor! Getting the phone answered is a job, once waited in a queue for 45mins ,not moving so went to the surgery and the phone wasn't even ringing. Asked for a doctors appointment, agreed to a phone call, it was nurse. Happened again. 3rd time lucky I get to see a doctor, turned out to be a nurse, angry that she was going to be late off again and I should book a double appointment. I made a complaint, on here and got a doctors appointment, finally. I wanted a referral to endoscopy. With my symptoms, the doctor agreed, I had blood test, at last, sorted! Saw the doctor 1wk later, bloods OK, and he totally ignored my symptoms, medical history and family history and did nothing. So now I'm looking for another Dr. I'll need anti anxiety pills by the time I find one. GPs are letting people down
***update*****
New surgery sent me for a colonoscopy today. 9 polyps removed, today. Some suspicious, awaiting histology. Have to have another colonoscopy to remove the rest, that have been tattooed for next procedure. Lynch syndrome questioned because of family history. And this isn't the only symptom this surgery ignored!

I’ve been with this GP for 23 years and I have nothing but nice things to say. The receptionists have always been lovely when I have spoken to them both in person and over the phone. They have always been extra careful when I’ve been had an appointment and even sent me for scans when I didn’t think I needed them to double check things. I agree with the reviews saying it can be difficult to get through sometimes on a morning however I don’t understand how people can blame the receptionists when it’s clearly due to multiple ringing at the same time and not the receptionist fault. I will never change GPS, they have always been amazing.

Never had an issue getting an appointment at rycroft. The receptionist particularly Cheryl who seems to answer all my calls is very sweet and helpful. This has been my doctors since I was a child and I don’t think I’ll be changing any time soon
