Can any one say that they enjoy a visit to the opticians ? Well yes i can most definitely! Yesterday we went for the first time. Wow, they certainly know there business. Very friendly and most welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. The examination was really thorough and was made to feel comfortable about the process.
We left the shop with a feeling of great satisfaction that we have had value for money. How often can we say that these days.

First class customer service during difficult times. We needed two TB glasses repairing, as I couldnt get the tiny screws to secure. The female staff member last week was fast, cheerful and courteous and FOC too! Thank you, a great help.

Thomas bond have looked after me for 27 years and during lockdown I had worries about my 2 year old sons vision. They arranged an emergency appointment, opened the shop just for us and got him tested. Turned out his eyes were almost as bad as mine. Within 3 days we had his first glasses delivered to our door by our optician. Truly fantastic service during a lockdown period. Thank you Thomas Bond!
