Eastwood House - Non of us will admit to wanting to place family members into care however it may come to the point where the extra/professional help is needed and that is exactly the service provided here. The staff through out are professional whilst retaining the feeling of family to help our loved ones feel at home. The home is clean and well maintained and all residents made to feel part of the home and warm environment it provides. Rooms are good and meals freshly prepared. There are activity periods for residents and the staff accommodate residents needs where ever possible. From my perspective all staff go above and beyond in a clean friendly environment to ensure the best care possible is given.

Excellent residential home! Activities leader is fantastic for all residents and goes above and beyond for them all. Staff are hard working individuals and our Home Manager has many years experience in care and is excellent in her role. All residents are cared for well and are happy in the home!

I am an ex carer that has left due to being poorly treated. The home is poorly managed and working there I can tell you it's not a place to put your grandparents/parents/mum or dad.
The resident are not happy and are made to sit down all day, one member of staff regularly on the floor whilst other carers are taken off there role to be a cleaner or a chef. The cqc rating has not changed in a long time as owners are not prepared to spend money on the home resulting to some bedrooms not even having heating. Do not send your family to this home
