Buttercross View Dental

I had a filling today and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the procedure was carried out thoroughly and quickly, thank you Dr Chandan and everyone who helped me today.

The team at Buttercross View were just great. They were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The dentist and dental nurse were calm, informative and made me feel comfortable. The service the whole team provided was excellent and I will definitely be coming here for all my future dental needs - well done!

The worst dentist I have ever seen in my life. When Tracey owned the practice it was amazing, unfortunately the new owner couldn't care less and has a can't be bothered attitude as well and being incompetent. leaving me waiting for 20 minutes he strolls in with a coffee, I booked in for a check up, but honestly.... non of my teeth were checked! He prodded my gums, then just kept asking me if I had any questions I said I've come for you to check my teeth and oral health , so why would I have any questions when you've not told me what condition my teeth are in?! He wouldn't do an X-ray as I had a child with me, even though my child could literally have waited for the 2 seconds on the other side of the already open door! I have 2 unusual bridges and he didn't even comment on them, are they ok? I also still have a milk tooth ... is that ok? he didn't have a clue. Then when I questioned him about my teeth his attitude was "yeahhh looks alright just rebook in for another check, come back in 6 months" I would complain to practice, but he's the owner. I will however be escalating this to the NHS complaints as I'm sure he will be claiming the funds for the check up/xray from the NHS! I would avoid this practice at all costs , I guess many people don't have much choice. I will however be going elsewhere and would rather pay privately than see this dentist and waste my time again. such a shame tracy and her team are no longer there as they really were brilliant.

I broke a tooth on the 23rd of December, I got the number for 'Buttercross' off the 111 NHS website. This professional team are absolutely incredible, they are friendly, kind, reassuring. they resolved my dental emergency without any fuss and charged me a nominal NHS fee. I am absolutely delighted with the care I received and immediately asked to be placed on their waiting list. Thank you so much.

I had 6 month smile treatment.I am over the moon with results .it took about 7 months but attention to detail is amazing. I was able to discuss what i wanted and i was kept informed all the way. It's been 4 months since completion and i feel very confident in myself. DANIELA

Fantastic Dental Practice! I had the short term orthodontic treatment which was so quick and easy! My teeth look amazing and would 100% recommend.

If only every dentist and assistant was as friendly, kind and caring as mine today. I can't really say that I am looking forward to the other 3 visits I have booked but that is only down to the other dentists I have had the misfortune of attending however they and their ways will make it easier!!

Dr Chanden 10/10, fitted me when I needed a crown prep done before my holiday. Great staff ? ?
