My mother has been receiving care from this company for a few years now. She is always singing there praises and believe you me she is very honest with her opinions. Im so pleased that she has built up such a good relationship with the girls that care for her. We have a good communication with the carers on a day to day basis and always let each other know if theres anything thats required attention.
I would certainly recommend this company for your family's care.

Diamond Care Solutions Ltd are a first class care service! Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely polite and caring. They have been looking after my father for several months. They arrive on time and complete all the jobs required of them, leaving the house tidy and clean. They always have time to speak with my father checking on how he is, but also speaking with family members. There are no weak links here, all the staff are outstanding in the way they care, understand and show expertise in their job. They complete a written log on each visit which can be read by close family which is very reassuring. I have seen several different teams that have cared for my father whilst I have been visiting, and all staff are clealy trained to the highest levels and all behave in the same proffesional manner and importantly with so much respect and always a smile! Diamond care have cared for my dad, who passed away recently. They provided marvellous end of life care for him for the last 10 months.
I can’t fault anything that they’ve done. 4 visits a day doing everything required of them. The girls are all friendly & became friends with my step mum during this difficult period. Thankyou

I have had 4 care companies since coming out of hospital and this company by far has made me feel at ease. I have had bad experiences mixed with good with other companies but this company deals with problems straight away and finds a way to deal with it and meet your needs straight away. The carers in this company look after me and my wife which is special to me.

They are rude undress my grandmother in front of me when she has her own room fully equipped empty tablet strips thrown in the laundry basket.same cloths used two to three days when clean are left for three days at a time
