My first experience of using e-consult. I was disappointed my symptoms were not in the list, so I had to move onto the more complicated section, which took about 30 minutes to complete, but was comprehensive. Soon after completion, I received a text offering me a GP appointment the same day, which was a great relief. I arrived at the surgery on time, but had to wait about 45 minutes in the half-empty waiting room. However I can't complain about the wait because the doctor took time to listen, to examine me and also explain the next steps. This was in stark contrast to another GP who would only discuss 1 specific symptom, and then ended the consultation.

Allowing for the constraints of the NHS these days I must say the DHG are performing quite well. Unfortunately it is inevitable that unless people start to take more responsibility for their own health and not to expect their doctor to treat every single ailment (e.g. asking for antibiotics for a head cold) there will be excessive demands for GP time.
Very often the surgery is busy but the staff can't work miracles and so I'm quite happy with the service I get.

Having relocated from London, a friend recommended Willow Surgery and we are delighted they did. Those that have given them 1* really should experience NHS London and they might appreciate the great facility they have. Without exception we have found all staff to be friendly and above all caring. Comms are good; appointments considerably easier to get than used to be the case. More of the same please.

Was seen by Dr Zak, if all doctors were like this doctor, you would not get any complaints.
He was the most polite, understanding, sympathetic and professional doctor I've seen. His whole demeanor was amazing.

Sarah one of the receptionists was exceptional today, a really lovely and helpful lady who understood my needs. I was worried but she put me at my ease. Thank you for sorting things for me today!

Frequently inconsistent. Just had a receptionist talk at me solidly without breathing without answering a single question I asked. Defensive, uncaring, generally very poor.

Follow up to the first interaction on a following day, I was given an appointment, I queried the time, and DHG immediately cancelled it telling me to go to 111 or re-book tomorrow.

They just couldn't care less.

Absolutely dreadful service. Having been ALLOWED an appointment I explained my phone signal would be poor as I was travelling. 2 calls went straight to voicemail due to poor reception. I didn't IGNORE the call. Now left in agony for another night and working the rest of the week. What an awful service. Other Dr surgeries operate much more efficiently.

Absolutely rude service from receptionist, she spoke with a rude attitude towards patients before me and then to me.
This online consult thing is absolutely rubbish, it doesn’t have all the options people need to see a gp. And isn’t correct , telling me I need to seek urgent care , when the pharmacist told me I simply need antibiotics to clear up an infection. I can’t even get seen or get the medication I need.
