Brilliantly organised from the minute I stepped foot into the surgery, it was like a well oiled machine. There was a constant movement of people there having their jabs, in and out in a few minutes. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Great job

Not had too much of a problem getting an appointment, considering pressures on NHS services currently. Seen Dr Torrance twice, once face to face and an emergency telephone appointment. He's an absolute credit to the surgery. Friendly, knowledgable and listens. Simon G

The whole experience was well organised. However, I would say that the reading material provided, I wasn't given enough time to digest it all. It would have been much better if the items were returned just prior to administering the vaccination providing more time to read.

I have been without my medication for extremely long time about 2 yrs no one contacting me sent in pist chznged months times without my permission or chevkingbits arrived or not collected unaware and only found out today thst my medication has gone to wrong chemist . 0 for not bothering to check.

Hate going to Doc's, but to be honest, couple of week wait but can handle, 17.50 apointment, quite, quick, and Dr Lyon....straight to point, front of house...great. Good Service. well done Guys.

Best doctors surgery I have ever been to. Staff are friendly and helpful and I've had no issues getting an appointment. I've also been able to have the same doctor dealing with my ongoing health issue throughout the process. I really can't fault them at all. Highly recommend. Thank you for all you do.
