About to move practises. Definitely the most in-efficient GP I've been registered at.

Doctors and Physio's are lovely, but the admin team are ineffective. Struggled to get appointments, simple paperwork took months to complete. Most recently submitted a referral, and 11 weeks later they still hadn't done anything about it. I even tried to report a complaint and they didn't even respond to that.

I feel bad saying it, but I'd honestly recommend avoiding this practice if you can, for your own sake and theirs, I doubt think they can take on any more patients.

The worst practice ever, I had waited to speak to reception for 40 minutes, when they finally answered they cut the call on me, I had to go to ask what went wrong, 2 girls at the reception looked each other and started laughing at me!
Every time take a sample they never get back to me and I have to chase them, it’s difficult to get appointment and when you get one they always give you appointment 2 months away!

It feels like they only serve specific type of people!

Very unprofessional and rude as always and it’s mainly the admin!
This place should be closed down or be used for something more useful!

This place is so disorganized and inefficient. They rarely pick up the phone, appointments can only be made online in the morning. They close off everything online half way through the day. Anytime I good I am waiting at least 15 minutes past my appointment time before I am seen even if it's an early morning appointment. They referred me to a pharmacy to take care of an ear issue only to be told the pharmacy can only treat children's ears. And on top of all that, today I showed up for my appointment and all of their systems were down.

Had an asthma review with shannagh who have went above and beyond for me, given me the best professional advice and information about my asthma status and booked me for a proper review test where I have never been tested at the hospital since I have asthma. I had asthma since late 2018 and by far this is the best review I ever had. Thanks shannagh you are a good person and a asset to this gp practice

Seeing the other reviews of this place, I was encouraged to also add my own review. Like everyone else said, the receptionist and admin staff are terrible. They don't serve one person at a time and therefore have everyone waiting for a longer period of time for no reason. Also, the fact that they have moved everything online is pointless, because people can do things in real life so much quicker, rather than waiting for weeks. I am giving this 2 stars just because I have been with this GP for a long while, otherwise it would have been rated a 1 or 0.

All the reasons why I hate this GP. negative review for St. Paul Way Medical Centre, rate a medical centre poorly:

1. Long Wait Times: Consistently long waiting periods for appointments or during visits can be frustrating.

2. Unprofessional Staff: Rude or unprofessional behavior from the medical or administrative staff can significantly impact your experience.

3. Poor Communication: Lack of clear communication regarding treatments, results, or appointment scheduling can lead to misunderstandings and frustration.

4. Inadequate Care: Feeling that the quality of medical care provided was subpar or that your concerns were not adequately addressed.

5. Difficulty Scheduling Appointments: Trouble getting timely appointments or frequent cancellations can be a major inconvenience.

6. Facility Issues: Problems with the cleanliness or maintenance of the facility can affect your perception of the care provided.

7. Billing Problems: Issues with billing, such as unexpected charges or difficulties with insurance, can cause significant stress.

"poor service," you could say, "I experienced consistently long wait times and found the staff to be unresponsive to my concerns."

The practice manager Unwar is really good. He dealt with my complaint well, and never had any issues again. Can't thank you enough Unwar. Hope the new staff are trained by you, as the surgeries have merged I hear.

Few years ago I was registered with that practise. I always struggled to get an appointment (calling in the morning by following their guidance). One day when I managed to get through to reception I was told my UTI symptoms (with blood present) are not an emergency and I have to call back another day. I kept struggling to get a GP appointment. I ended up in the hospital with kiddneys infection. I kept trying when my state was letting me to do so. Until I got sick to the level that ambulance had to take me to the hospital. I was losing conciousness. I think my case is an another example how woman symptoms can be ignored only because it's common within women.
