Recently stayed here for 4 nights with pneumonia. Excellent from start to finish. Professional, diligent and dedicated team - medically the best you can find in London. Clean, lovely and welcoming to patients, friends and family. Made my stay very comfortable and I felt safe. Thank you all in AAU.

Unfortunately I needed to have surgery recently, and I had it done here. Experience was fab from start to finish. Big thanks to the nursing team in ward 4 South, who were knowledgeable, compassionate, and great communicators. I was made to feel safe and comfortable. Facilities and care were excellent. Good visiting policies which also really helped with recovery. Thank you.

I can’t praise enough the staff at this hospital. It’s my second stay at the Wellington South and I feel so lucky to get treated there. Wonderful staff, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness , attentiveness and their professionalism. I was there last year for double hip replacement and this week for the knee. My room was comfortable and spotless. The food is really good too.

My experience at The Wellington Hospital was outstanding, and much of that is thanks to Dr. Maneesh Ghei. From the moment I arrived, the staff's professionalism and care were evident, but Dr. Ghei truly stood out. His warm demeanor, clear explanations, and genuine concern for my well-being turned an anxious visit into a reassuring one. He went above and beyond, ensuring I fully understood my condition. Dr. Ghei's expertise and compassion left a lasting impression, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I had a very positive experience using this hospital.
I had to do some tests for my headaches including a consultation with a neurologist, blood test and a nerve study.
I can say the processes were very straightforward and the staff was very caring and calming.

Amazing from start to finish, the best private care I have ever had. All the staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. The room was like a hotel and the food like a very good restaurant. So impressed with this place I really was. Prof Schilders is also a genius, thank you all involved.

Day surgery… very little info pre operation. My surgeon and his surgery staff were excellent … the patient care from the hospital was disorganised and bordered on neglectfulI. The nurse gave me no more info regarding the length of time, whether it was under sedation or local, When i arrived back in my room, noone checked my vitals, my lunch was brought in…. 1 thin slice of ham between buttered white bread and salad garnish. Bottle of water amd 2 packs of biscuits…. Only had one operational hand so couldn’t open bottle, biscuits or get dressed by myself. Noone checked on me. Franky I struggled alone and left the hospital with no pain meds. When I left my room… (no-one came to check if I was ok or told me I could go home) I had to wander the halls looking for the nurse ( who was sitting with 2 other people at a reception desk and ask for my discharge papers and my sling which i then had to ask for help to take out of plastic packing and help to put on…worst care I have ever had at any med facility
