I found Medbelle by chance while searching on the internet for a consultant surgeon who carried out ankle replacement surgery, this was the best find of my life, once I contacted them they helped my navigate through the process of finding a consultant. Once decided on which consultant I was happy with, I was assigned a personal contact (paddy) who helped to arrange appointments for consultations, operation etc.
From the initial contact with Paddy I had regular, emails, phone calls guiding me through every stage from consultation to operation, he contacted me prior to each meeting with the hospital and consultant and again after then operation and through physiotherapy to make sure I was happy with everything and he answered any queries I had.
The Ankle Replacement surgery was carried out by Mr Rhys Thomas at the Nuffield Vale hospital and the confidence he had was well founded in his ability to perform the operation. Having had both Ankle Replacements completed over a 6 month period my quality of life has been restored to such an unbelievable level. I can not thank Mr Thomas, Paddy and Medbelle enough for improving my life. I can now walk without Pain.

I would highly recommend anyone to use Medbelle. We had a fantastic experience with them. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very helpful, informative, efficient, caring, the list goes on. Our surgeon was Jonathan White at Fitzwilliam hospital Peterborough. Again, would highly recommend, very nice surgeon, answered all our questions and put my mum at ease. Our Medbelle contact was Grace and again excellent service. Grace was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. We would 100% use Medbelle again in the future in the need arises.

I found the Medbelle care programme efficient and caring which was very reassuring. Bethany remained in regular contact with me for months after the op and was there to answer any questions and smooth the way for me. My surgeon was Mr Amir Qureshi working at both the Spire, Southampton and the Nuffield in Chandlers Ford. He was helpful and practical throughout, with a nice sense of humour too. The actual operation could not have been better and my recovery was swift and easy. With guidance from Bethany at Medbelle, I had no worries at any stage of the whole procedure.
