I arranged a GP appointment and got a same day booking. The doctor was extremely empathetic, professional and completed the examination and blood test. Results came through on email by 10.00 am the next day. Excellent service and worth the cost.

I made an appointment to see a private GP as my NHS GP kept only offering telephone consultations which was inappropriate given my reason for an appointment. I was seen at this clinic on time where Dr Taha showed great empathy towards my condition. She was thorough in investigating and providing a diagnosis. The appointment didn't at all feel rushed. She answered all my questions and reassuringly confirmed the next course of action. I was very much happy with how the consultation went.

First time traveling to UK that I needed a doctor. This location was easy for us to get to. The booking site was easy to use and navigate and we had an appointment in minutes. The doctor was very thorough and efficient. The out of pocket expense was very reasonable.

My friends gifted me a medical check-up with the Gold Plan. For over £1,000, you get a very basic analysis where they ask you how you feel, check your height and weight, and perform a general blood analysis that normally costs £50. The doctor felt like he came from the gym and didn’t look very professional. Inappropriate conversation during a medical examination made me feel a bit awkward. He also didn’t wear a doctor’s attire, and the whole setup didn’t look right. The doctor literally asked the same questions as the nurse Overall, the price versus value is extremely poor; I won’t come again. I need to mention that the nurse and the receptionist were nice to chat with and friendly.

Unconscionable practice

This is a perfect example of a doctor’s practice which doesn’t have the best interests of its patient’s in mind and one in which I really am concerned about the level of medical care being provided.

I arrived within the allocated time for my appointment and the receptionist purposely didn’t check me in. Instead, she wasted time talking to other people and then the doctor. After a while, she came back and said that I was too late and had missed my appointment time. I’ve never seen a medical practice which is so money hungry that it tries to procure a delay so the doctor can make nearly 100 pounds off you by charging a fee for no service. This, naturally, brings into question the integrity of this practice and whether the doctor truly cares about the patient.

You will see from other reviews that I am not the only one who has experienced this unconscionable conduct from this medical practice (I’ve never before had someone procure a delay and then literally say “oh, it’s now 9:36am so we need to reschedule your appointment 4 hours later or cancel and we’ll take your full fee”)…sometimes you need to see a doctor quickly or you might have life going on and not be available at a random time 4 hours later.

You will also see from reviews that there is a special complaints lead who responds - nearly never with an apology. You will probably see them respond to this review too with the usual platitudes about being busy etc and try to make up “alternative facts” but the fact remains they do not provide you with the service you paid for even when you arrive on time. I will leave you to make your own judgment but it is quite funny that someone needs to be hired in this position because of how many complaints this practice gets.

I hope this review helps others. Please take care of your health and be wary of this practice (especially if the receptionist gets up to delaying tricks).

Awful and so unorganised.
Paid £167 for a 30 min appointment which lasted 5- 10 mins. Then was told I would get my blood tests that evening. I didn't, so I called and they said its on its way, the results will be s
with you soon. Never got them and then the next morning I was told I had to pay for the blood tests and hence thats why they weren't releasing them. I was shocked as I didn't mind paying for them but not once was ever told when I was in the surgery or speaking to the staff on the pho e twice after that I had to pay.
Shocking service!!!!
Fyi still haven't got my results and have been chasing.

Arrived 5 minutes late, was told it's too late for my appointment and couldn't get a slot for the rest of the day. Waiting room and practice was empty. Hayfever injection takes all of about 30 seconds, yet the 15 minute slot booked (which I was still within) wasn't enough. luckily their system wasn't working so I wasn't charged anything.
Customer service and common sense seems to be lacking here.
