Joining up was very straightforward and easy. Lynne and the team have been helpful and very prompt at replying to emails. Using the website / putting together a prescription and paying is very easy. I have amazing experience with Roseway Labs. I had prescription for personalized medication ( BHRT) . Hormones worked as wonder to me, changing my life. The hormone levels were optimized and made me feel great! Then my next prescription was sent to a different Pharmacy who are specialised as well for compounded BHRT. I had a completely different result. My problems returned and when I was retested the result was shocking. Literally there was no any difference compare to how it was the very beginning before I started BHRT. Trying to understand what was going on, the only explanation could be a different application ( which was not) or the quality of the product. So I requested the next few months of my supply should be from Roseway Labs again. Since this confusion caused a lot of delay of getting my hormones, I contacted the Labi in order to know when I can expect my medications. Normally it took about a week to process. Yet they really understood my situation and were absolutely compassionate . They proceed my order urgently, literally the same day. I am so grateful for all these. Not only for the quality of the products which is not even comparable with the other, but the prompt answers for my emails as well. Thank you very much ! I wish to have the same kind of experience in my life more often. I wish all the best to the Team. You are excellent!

I'm very disappointed with the service from Roseway Labs. I have previously tried placing orders with team and received conflicting advice about prescriptions. Having tried to use their service again I placed an order 3 days ago and did not receive an update. I tried calling the company but their contact number won't connect to customer service or let you leave a voice message it just says they are dealing with high volumes of calls and directs you to an email for only urgent enquiries.

I emailed only to be told that they have just realised the product I'm after isn't in stock and I need to reorder a different amount of it and I will only be refunded the original amount which can take 5 days after I paid for my second prescription. I asked the customer service representative to call me (Navneet) to discuss this and have had no contact. I really don't think it's fair when patients are waiting for prescriptions that you are not informed of stock issues or delays and that you can't even speak to a team member to resolve any issues and the impact this has on patient care. Very poor service.
