Efficiënt, friendly and professional. The doctors genuinely listened to my concerns. Results (of blood tests etc.) are set out in a comprehensive report. Cannot recommend them enough

Do not book this clinic. Horrible customer service, their aim is to solely make money. I called earlier today explaining I needed to push back my appointment just by 30min if possible, the practitioner had availability in their calendar to take me then, but I was told I'd be charged £75 for an amendment fee. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Dreadful customer service. Promise to call you back but never do. Also say they will try and sort something whilst knowing they are on holiday the next day so no hope of contact. They screw with your mental health, keeping you hanging so you can't make appointments for much needed scans.

Also say on their website they are open till 6pm so you call at 5.40 (still expecting them to call) to find they actually close at 5.30pm. Disgraceful

Great and efficient service. Came here for a medical, everyone was friendly and informative. I recommend having all your documents ready and in order (before you visit) for a stress free experience.

I went for a medical exam required to work onboard Disney Cruise Line. The staff were very nice and chatty, I was made to feel very comfortable. They walked me through everything I needed to do and made it as comfortable and easy as possible. I strongly recommend it for any seafarers medical exam.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them. Unfortunately, I arrived 15 minutes late, with my baby that is 2 years old and the consultation was to him, (he had a fever the night before) in summary the doctor did not receive us because we were late. So travels about 40 minutes from my home to the clinic (Roodlane Medical brunch at 58 New Broad St) and my baby did not receive the attention.  I know I am wrong because I was late, but with the dangerous situation of the virus Strep A at the moment, I think that not professional conduct of the clinic did not give us a second chance to be attended.

I am very unsatified with my experience with Isabel Martinez-Falero. My appointment was scheduled at 17:15 but she didn’t let me in till 17:22. Also during the appointment when I was explaining my conditions she was always saying “we dont have much time” always telling me to leave that I should leave. However, she was late and so that’s why I didn’t have time to talk. Anyway, it all feels like the money I paid was not worth it. Also, I asked her to refer me to a dermatologist however she say she will diagnose me and that I didn’t need to see a dermatologist. She gave a me prescription of 3 creams and told me to come back in a week time and if my condition isn’t improving she’ll then refer me to a dermatologist. It all feels like that she just wants me to come back again and pay another £75 for the follow up appointment. Why she wouldn’t want me to go to a dermatologist while I have the dermatologist visit covered by my insurance firm? My insurance firm doesn’t cover costa for GP visits by the way. So it all feels like she just wants to make money
