I had some blood drawn for a health check up from their Phlebotomist Farzana who was very professional and brilliant at what she does.
Blood was drawn quickly without any pain and it was all done before I knew it!
The clinic is easy to locate, short walk from the station. Comfortable waiting area and I was seen very quickly. I would highly recommend.

They were late, the girl doing the test was constantly on her phone, and it seemed she never performed this test, I wasted my money and time, will never use your service.

Great service. Someone booked my test for me and my date of birth had a typo but it was really easy and not a problem for them to change it for me before the test, they also made sure I received an email with the updated DOB. When it came to the test the practitioner put me at easy and made the process very quick. Both me and my friend received our results the very same day within a few hours. Also, I arrived a few minutes late and again it wasn't a problem, everyone was friendly.

I would definitely recommend this clinic for any travel tests! I arrived at the door exactly 5 min early, the gentleman there was lovely. I was then helped by a woman who registered my test, checked my identity, etc.
Straight through to the swabbing area where the young man was lovely and friendly. Out the door again all within 5 minutes.
I received email confirmation that my test was at the lab and then a few hours later I received my results. Even though I'd booked the 24 hr test. I'm so grateful that the results came early as the anxiety was killing me!

To summarize, clean and bright clinic. Professional, friendly, lovely staff. And all of this for a very reasonable price in comparison to other sites.

Perfect experience today. I turned up early for my appointment, having heard about large queues. There was no queue whatsoever, the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. I was seen immediately, tested and had my PCR result back via email in under 3 hours as advertised. Thank you!

On arrival was greeted by a European guy who opened the the door and made me feel like I was in the wrong place! He eventually turned it around and became quite a decent chap.
The receptionist on the other hand was cold and condescending!!! What made the visit worthwhile was the lady who took the pcr test she was a good human and very warm and kind if it wasn’t for her I would not recommend this place.
Be aware you must bring photo Identification and must not eat drink or smoke 30 mins before test as they have had many failed tests, so to save you time do not forget my tip,it’s somewhere in the small print.
The emails received need to be condensed into one email instead of three.
All in all not a great experience but the woman who took my swab was a lovely person but the receptionist was a person I would not like to see or deal with ever again in life.

My parents live close by, booked them in and paid for the 12-14 hour results. They sent an email when the test went to the lab and shortly after I received the results.

The negative reviews doesn’t seem to be related to in clinic PCR test - got a little scared reading them to be honest.

Thank you for the great service, my parents are relieved they can fly tonight.
