In all honesty, it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. Firstly, £90 is pretty steep for any 60 min treatment. I’d be willing to pay this for a luxury experience but nothing about it was luxury. I reckon in the end the treatment itself lasted 40 minutes which is false advertising - when you pay £90 for 60 minutes, you expect 60 minutes of treatment. The facial itself was nothing special - just a face wash and 1 mask with some very short moments of head massage. There were moments when my face mask was on and the therapist appeared to be on her phone instead of staying present or attending to other areas of my body like the shoulders. The facilities were very standard - no nice chill out area. I think for the price you’re charging you need to consider how to make your customers feel some luxury! There are plenty of other spas (for instance, the Bristol lido) who offer treatments even cheaper than this, and create a much more luxury and relaxing experience. I really wouldn’t bother spending your money here. It was a let down.

Love coming to Pure Spa in Bristol for my treatments. All the staff are so friendly and professional. I’m so happy that they have started offering laser treatment which I’ve just started. Lucy was great in my consultation, and put me at ease for my first appointment. So far so good!

Had another great manicure and pedicure with Gel nails..very professionally done Thank you Lucy … Following my treatments I can’t believe I’ve made use of the ear piercing service at Pure and had my Helix pierced..something I wanted fine for a while.Lucy explained the procedure and choice of earrings were great. After a painless piercing and useful aftercare advice I am really pleased with the result. Would highly recommend. Thank you again Lucy

Had to repair a broken window there so decided to have an ear piercing, excellent staff ,very knowledgeable, especially, Lucy and Nellie,also available is a very useful appliance called a Hyperbaric used for head injuries and others see photos

Had a massage done by Lucy. Was excellent and very professional, specially applying pressure where needed. Service was very good, atmosphere was very calming, and the place was very clean and tidy. Will be back 🙂

I never had worse experience in my life. Just terrible. It is not place to do manicure. She struggled for an hour to remove my gel polish which is ok, I don't complain about that. However she did not shape my nails, didn't cut cuticles, just put nail polish on it on this terrible uneven way. It looked ridiculous. I paid 50 £ for this!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else. This is not good place.

Booked a Gel Mani Pedi on Treatwell. When I got there I was told that the app was wrong and that the service I pre-paid for was just a normal polish. Fine, except that the senior staff at the salon was not very kind about it and made it seem like I was bothering her or that it was my fault the app was wrong. “If you have any other problems please wait, thanks,” she said. Fine. I was happy to get a normal polish mani-pedi. Attached the result of the manicure below. Enough said I think. Literally went to a different salon and got it redone the same day.
