A fantastic hospital with a wonderful, caring and professional team. From a welcoming reception, to the friendly patient prep team to the informative anaesthesia team to the skilled surgeon and all the way through to the relaxed and reassuring recovery team with coffee and biscuits.
I have never been so impressed with such a quality service. I had some minor surgery but the care and detail taken was extremely impressive. It didn't even have an atmosphere like a hospital, it felt a very positive place to be.
The NHS should learn from Practice Plus how to operate hospitals like this one fit for the future.

I had surgery on my Knee today at Emerson Green.
Where do I start the initial consultation booked efficiently and Quick, confirmation of appointment sent the next day.
Reception and Private Health Care assistant friendly helpful and informative I was told that they would sort all following appointments and info going forward which they did no stress and no worry.
Day of Surgery turned up very early nicely greeted by reception and checked in, called to the reception for theatre and multiple nurses, and operating staff smiling make you feel at ease explaining what is going to happen.
This hospital is amazing can’t thank that the staff enough for making the Operation and experience easy and not anxious.
Would defo recommend this a hospital and will use again if I need to but in a sick way hope I don’t.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is not enough for Practice Plus Group Hospital. Wow what a fantastic private hospital. It is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities Travel Lodge, Costa Coffee ( if you want something a bit stronger the Willy Wicket public house) Greggs and McDonald's. But if you are looking for food then you can look no further than the Hospital as there is a superb café/restaurant with ample amounts of tables and chairs. Breastfeeding is also allowed if the little one is getting hungry too. After a very quick and efficient checkin at the reception from extremely helpful and caring , happy staff l was given a pager and told to go and relax and wait for the pager to go off and return to the reception.. l left the premises to self medicate on my vape knowing full well l would not miss my appointment because of the pager. On return l opened my flask of coffee as l thought l would be in a more traditional type of Hospital. Within minutes the pager when off and off l when to see the fantastic doctor/ surgeon. My whole experience of the hospital was one of amazement I felt like I was the king of England. The staff are the most wonderful helpful, caring people l have ever met. Even the cleaning staff were so friendly and the establishment was spotless . There are not enough stars in the sky to say how fantastic this Hospital is. I felt like a was treated like royalty. Wow what can I say just keep up the great work and in my first time in my life l am looking forward to returning for more of my treatment. I normally hate hospitals as l lost my mum at the age of 11 of leukaemia.

Absolutely fantastic hospital and care, staff all over are very friendly, helpful and professional, exceptionally clean, cafe area also, great breakfast at great prices. After care is amazing. Thankyou all. My husband was treated with you on the 25/9/24, very pleased with our visit.

Modern reception area and waiting room. The waiting room can become very warm on a sunny day due to the amount of glass used in its construction.
Two-story building with lift to upper floors. Baby changing and toilets are available.

I had a knee replacement here a few years ago and have had no problems with it. So it was the obvious place for my wife to have a hip replacement. We have had several appointments so far and now we are waiting to have the operation, the facilities there are excellent. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. 5☆ from us. 12th July 2024, my wife has had her hip replacement now,she was only in one night and 7 weeks on she is doing brilliant, she give it 5🌟 as well

I went to have a cataract surgery I was very nervous the staff were excellent the consultant was very patient and explained everything which calmed my nerves spoke to me while doing the op to check I was ok would definitely recommend this hospital hope to have my second one there the aftercare I can't fault
