So impressed with Newthorpe Medical Centres service. Always manage to get someone on the phone who genuinely wants to do their best to help. Called today 30 minutes before closing with a concern for my daughter and although they only had one doctor on the receptionist (sorry I don't remember your name) managed to get me on the phone to Dr Bamform who was more than helpful and managed to sort my concern last thing on a Friday evening. Can not recommend this practice enough. All the other reception and GPs there all always a pleasure to deal with and go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome.

I moved to Newthorpe as a patient from another nearby one as it was nigh impossible to get appointments at the former and I'm very happy that I did. The services offered here have always been warm and welcoming. Reception staff I have always found most helpful and responsive. I have never had a problem getting to see a Doctor face to face, even through Covid. I've had experience with at least four Doctors here and several nurses, all highly positive. It's also easy to park outside.
Services from nurses has been a particularly uplifting experience, never before have I met such enthusiastic healthcare!
Considering the abuse I have seen by patients whilst I've been waiting, it's a wonder they all remain so pleasant but I can't say I have had any negatives in several years and they have been pro-active in my health and well-being.

As someone who needs them on a regular basis they are always there for me even through the current pandemic from Reception Staff to Nurses and Doctors. The triage system has worked well for me and I have also visited the practice. I think they have provided a level of service way above what I expected in these difficult circumstances and they deserve due praise for their efforts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
