What fantastic service, put a request in for a prescription at the health centre during the morning and my item was ready for collection before tea time. Served by the very lovely and efficient Sarah but to be fair all the team are professional, kind and helpful, great asset for Crofton, thanks very much

The staff here are lovely, accommodating, helpful. I've just rung at 5pm and they answered straight away, confirmed that my prescription was there and advised me what time to come pick up my medication.

I've never had a problem picking up prescriptions from here. They're sometimes extremely busy but are always professional and never rude or hasty.

I'm moving away from the area soon and already dreading having to go to another pharmacy as this one is so convenient and never had any issues with them!

I've had the best service from this chemist , very friendly and helpful the only problems were ones out of there control , and anyone giving this chemist a low ranking have most probably never been to a bad one , I've never had such quick service, thanks to the staff.

Absolutely shocking service. Despite the staff being very lovely and friendly I’ve had numerous prescriptions that haven’t been given to me due to them not having them and being told to go else where. For me this isn’t an issue however for the older people who would struggle transport wise and their desperate need for the medication it is wrong. I had an antibiotic prescribed to me today which they didn’t have nor sharlston. I then had to go to a pharmacy in sandal for this which could potentially be a lot of stress and annoyance for someone not as able with transport or being supported by someone else - I waited in the pharmacy 30 mins before being told they couldn’t give me the medication I needed. Needs sorting and quick

What’s gone wrong 😑. Always have to wait even when you leave it over 4 days plus to collect . Prescription s rarely ready and when they are often missing items and your not always informed until you open the packages at home . Or told to ring around 3 other chemists to source your missing items or told to go back to the gp . Or they have the item in a different format but you can’t have it without getting another prescription. No apologies for delays etc are ever given 😆. It’s frustrating and a farce tbh . Why text saying prescriptions ready when it’s got missing items . What would be nice would be any issues the chemist liases with the gp then contacts the customer to make them aware and next steps and offer help/advice trying to resolve problems but nope that would be too easy . After all not receiving your meds is life threatening in some cases . Sharlston chemist much more efficient and helpful . Instead lo s send you on a ping pong match back to gp or ringing around . When they have a list of registered people at their chemist for repeat prescription s then surly to god they know what items people will be wanting the following month and stock up accordingly. This is not a one off it’s constant.

We had a lovely experience a few weeks ago. They were very quick and when one of my daughters started crying, the pharmacist came out and distracted her with stickers.

Ignore old reviews from the previous owners. Since Lo's took over it's been brilliant, as are other Lo's I've been in. Finally someone has discovered how to run a pharmacy efficiently.

Rude unhelpful staff. Takes forever to make your prescription and 50% of the time something is missing. I am constantly questioned on my medication by the staff here, even though my doctor feels I should still take it, someone who works part time in a pharmacy thinks they know better!
Barely a word said, let alone a please or thank you when you pay. Can't remember the last time I had a good experience here.
Take your business somewhere else.
