Community very lucky to have such an amazing surgery. Doctors, nurses, midwives and reception staff all professional and polite. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment, if it’s urgent I’ve always been seen on the day and if not booked an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Can’t fault them.

A really friendly and helpful practice. I would recommend it to anyone. I have received tremendous help from everybody at the practice. They are always prompt, helpful and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful to patients. Dr Mason, Dr Hamilton, Dr Jones and Richard the practice manager have been particularly helpful to me and my family members. However, my family and I all appreciate everything that each and every one of you you do for us, please know that. You are all heroes, continuing to work as you are so bravely day in day out to help us all often with little gratitude for it. I pay a lot of NI taxes, yet I can’t reach a doctor, they haven’t been able to adjust my husband’s blood pressure for several months. We are NOT sick, but when they are needed it is impractical, cumbersome.
