Website is easy to use and ordering process is again easy to do.
Website has a good range of products reasonably priced with regular deals.
Communication could be better as emails go unanswered.
Estimated delivery details would be helpful as standard delivery says 5-7 days, order says filled, tracking says shipped 2 emails received 3 days apart both says delay in shipping delivery should be in a few days they have been saying this for two weeks very very poor

Item never showed up one month after ordering. Plus they released personal email data to over 200 customers saying items are delayed. I tried to cancel order, no response so got the bank involved for a charge back. Useless company! Shouldnt be allowed to be in business.

Ordered on 9th April, no update till I requested one after a month, told the item will be here in 7-10 days.. still waiting on the 12th June. Super disappointed as I have used them before and item is for my infant so very important. No order, no reply to emails, no answer to phone calls, no refund.

Order placed online- Don’t put unavailable stock online. 7 days later and still no items looking to have them in stock next week!! No email to provide an update that item has been delayed and that they don’t have it in stock. 7 pounds delivery charge. Appointments cancelled.When I called up he blamed the postal service, but haven’t been posted yet

Worst company of all time. Must be scam company. I ordered a product that was sold out elsewhere and they said they had in stock and charged much more. When I purchased it then said they are put of stock and will send when available. I have had no reply from about 6 emails to all their different contacts. I am now speaking to my bank to get the money back if possible. Awful company do not order from here

I could give 0 star. I ordered mask on 3rd March. Never received the item. I had sent 3 emails never got replied. I tried to call them but the line seemed dead. I understand the situation due to the virus but even a single response is what our customer deserved. Please please avoid this company. It worse than eBay and Amazon, I got delivery form the

To be fair I have ordered a few times from GP Supplies and found them to be great. Given the times we are in it seems GP Supplies are a little bit overwhelmed with the order dispatches and processing of refunds, but I can agree with many of the reviews regarding communication. It is important to be reachable and give customer's prompt reassurance. My order came this morning missing an item I have paid for, so I'll see how that goes.

Disgusting customer service and overall service. Placed an order on 3rd March which was stated as 'Available Immediately'but my company are still waiting for the order to even be dispatched. Called customer services on Monday to be told by the rudest gentleman I've ever spoken to that my order was coming in stock yesterday and would be dispatched straight away. Low and behold still not dispatched. Dont advertise items as available immediately to make money then delay the order as long as you possibly can. Maybe be honest in the first place? Will be escalating my complaint but dont both emailing their customer service email address because they dont respond anyway. Responded to this review offering a refund. I dont want a refund I want what was promised! No reply to email either but not surprised.
