Fire & Ice is a completely unique experience in Bristol. Perfect if you want to start the day energised or unwind after work. The space is a hidden gem with an amazing sauna, changing rooms, fresh cold spring and hot shower. The staff are attentive and you would never know you’re in the middle of a city whilst showering outdoors in the wildlife. 100% signing up as a member before it gets too busy!

Visited Fire & Ice on their opening day and can honestly say this place is incredible. Not found anything like this in Bristol, highly recommend. Feels like a peaceful sanctuary in Westbury, surrounded by trees and nature. The sauna is first class and the natural pool makes you feel revitalised. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing time at the Fire & Ice Wellness Friends & Family Open Day! The setting at Westbury Wildlife Park was peaceful and beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The sauna and organic pool were a fantastic experience, and it was great to be able to enjoy them in such a serene environment. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the light refreshments added a lovely touch. Parking was convenient, and everything was well-organized. I highly recommend checking out Fire & Ice Wellness for anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience!

Had the most amazing time here! It was calm, relaxing and invigorating. The plunge pool is so clear and a great size, and comes from a natural spring 🙌. Will 100% be coming back soon!
