First visit today, will not be my last. Went in the cryo chamber. Was great. Lynn took us round was a great host. She explained how cold I would get and the benefits the therapy does for the body. Would recommend to anyone.

Another great visit to Eco-Power Health and wellness with the Rugby lads, used both the Cryo Chamber and Local Cryo Therapy some really great tools for recovery and prep for the season.

Lynn and Megan both super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the services the clinic team offer.

Amazing facility, the Cryochamber felt invigorating and the rush of endorphins lasted all day. Although it was -87°C it was surprisingly comfortable, offering the same benefits of an ice bath but in a more palatable experience.

I'll certainly be back and will combine it with some Vitamin IV Therapy.
