I wouldn’t know where to start praising both Karl and Kerry. The entire pre-operation process handled by Karl and post-operation care by Kerry was flawless. Karl did an assessment of my requirements and he was very informative, honest and clear about the entire process from beginning to end. After my operation, Kerry looked after me and I have to say it’s the best customer care service I have experienced ever. She would call when she said, explained the recovery process very clearly and would always follow up with a message. When I had any question, I just sent her a message and it doesn’t matter if it was late evening, she would reply immediately. Kerry has a great talent to patiently explain processes, listen and help in any way she can. I can say both Karl and Kerry are extremely knowledgeable and they know what they are doing to achieve your best results so don’t hesitate, you will be in good hands!

I’m currently 2 months post hair operation… I decided not to write a review instantly as I wanted to see results first to give my honest opinion about the process.

And results they are. My hair is growing thicker by the day, and it hasn’t even got to the initial growth stage. But the guys over at NOW COSMETICS will vouch that I healed very quickly during after care stage so I’m ahead of the game on growing my hair back.

I’m over the moon with the results I’m seeing, on a daily basis it continues to get better.

In regards the Team, Karl is a smashing bloke. Never chased me for anything, he knew that these things take time and decisions, in which he respected that. Being impressed by Karl’s easy going nature and informative phone calls I decided to go ahead with the transplant. Knowing little about anything he made the process that little bit easier.

I had Kerry for my after care, she was just as good. She had time for any questions or queries I had.. a couple times I had some worries about small things, I would call her at all hours and she would take the time and iron things out for me and put my mind at ease.

I’d thoroughly recommend Now Hair for anybody looking at a Hair, Beard or Eyebrow transplant. I’d been looking at a potential Hair Transplant for a few years and saw on Facebook that Now had excellent reviews, so I got in touch via the online enquiry. Within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening Karl got in touch with me and I spoke to him the next day on the phone. Karl was super helpful and honest, and he took me through all the details including looking at my current hair photos. Now was by the most competitive company I had approached about a Transplant and offered more in terms of product and service also. They had slots available within a few weeks so I decided to book. Ahead of the surgery day I was provided lots of information via email and an online portal about pre and post op steps so I felt armed with info ahead of the day. The day itself was very thorough and all the staff were really nice, taking through everything step by step. With my hair I required additional grafts and this was done at no extra cost with the surgeons really taking their time to do the best quality job possible. Even before I arrived home that evening I already had a message from Kerry asking me about the day, and from there she contacted me daily to check in on progress and make sure I was ok. She was super helpful and reassuring throughout the healing period after the surgery, giving me great advice in addition to the info I had been provided with. Within 12 days my head had healed and Karl took me through the next few weeks and next steps. I’ve also been given great aftercare tips so I can hopefully maintain my new hairline. Great experience all round.

I’m at the end of my initial 14 day recovery period and couldn’t be more positive. The communication was excellent from start finish. Kerry was excellent at discussing the procedure and the options prior to booking and I was provided with lots of pre-surgery advice which helped me get best organised for the day. Payment was easy and available on 3 parts (booking deposit, week before and on the day). The aftercare was next level. Daily instructions were discussed over the phone and sent through WhatsApp so I was never in doubt as to my recovery progress and what I needed to do on each day. Kerry was always available to answer any questions and discuss beneficial supplementary steps I can do to aid my procedure. I felt looked after start to finish. Thank you very much.
