Such a wonderful place. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are drop in sessions as well as specific groups such as writing for wellness, lego, and bingo. There is a community garden at the rear of the building.

PFG this place is full of love for everyone. No discrimination no stereotyping people we are all equals. people do peer support for each other . Meet people with mental health share talk about your problems .we do arts crafts cooking meals baking cycling and that's only a few .
