After owning my house for 15 years, we are moving house to be able to get a better surgery for our 3 year old.
No appointments, no phone coverage, can't book appointments online. I will bet the partners all have lovely cars and houses though. They pretend their company is part of the NHS, rather than a contractor, take their profits and don't invest.
My 3 year old has a UTI, I have been sick for years. No healthcare availabile.

I am, above all, very grateful for this Center, because I've been taken care of, over the years. Usually the staff and doctors are friendly and helpful, never been mistreated. Unfortunately other times reception staff can be very rude on the phone (and also forget we been waiting on hold for 1hr to get an answer). But worst of all, GP can be dismissive, specially if we request tests/exams or referrals. Please, we feel when something is wrong with our bodies and that should be respected and acknowledged. Also one usually feels rushed, as the appointments have to be short. I've had long times in waiting room. My time is also precious. thank you

Good luck getting through on the phone. Impossible either 1st thing, or even middle of the day. Use the app they say - good luck there too, as they don't seem to take appointments via the app.

God help you if you're actually ill and need to see a doctor that day.

Doctors/nurses themselves are decent, if you ever manage to make it off hold. Other GP surgeries are available, fortunately, with people who answer the phone...

Phone staff at reception are rude! They are not qualified doctors to tell you how and if you are feeling bad enough to be needing to see the gp.

Can never get through 29 on hold ina que for two hours! Explained to them I hve no signal in my flat and need and appointment as my one year old is showing signs of infection and told to call back the next day when I have been on hold all day!

The worst medical practice to ever exist! The receptionists are very rude! Especially the one who spoke to me over the phone and claimed to be called ‘Karen.’ No matter how much you push for an appointment, the receptionists will never give you one, instead they start yelling at you over the phone and speak in such an aggressive, condescending manner! They are very unprofessional here and I advise the practice to deeply review their policies, otherwise they will lose all their patients! Do not waste your time with this practice, go elsewhere!

This morning I called to make a same day appointment. Before you start it's almost as if they want to put you off this, as the website gives you little guidance as to how to do this, and doesn't tell you what time the phone lines open. So I called at 8.30am, and waited 32 minutes for 15 people before me to have the call answered. When I got to number 1 - it just rang for 7 minutes, and it was clear that no-one would pick up. It says on the recorded message that you can't come in and book an appointment in person, so where does that leave me? I'm back on the phone again at 10am in another 15 person queue. All appointments will have gone by the time I (perhaps) get to talk to anyone.
So I went on the website to their "leave feedback" section. Click on it and it says "error page not found". So I searched how to make a complaint, and lo an behold you have to contact reception to make one! How am I mean to do that - you don't answer! So should I go in and put myself and potentially others at risk during a pandemic? I carefully consider using this service during the pandemic, as I don't want to take up the time of the doctors and nurses unless I really have to. I really need to see someone and this is a complete farce. Very disappointed and to be honest stressed, as I have no idea how to actually see someone regarding my problem.
My review is solely based on getting an appointment. The staff are lovely and helpful, if you can actually get an appointment.

Another dreadful experience. Reception staff lack any care or empathy.
Doctor told me I had high blood pressure and to get a machine from reception to monitor it at home for 7 days.
The unhelpful, un caring receptionist told me I couldn't have one, as I didnt have the £20 deposit required. I also was not allowed to have the form to fill out to take away.
As a person who suffers with anxiety and is on a low income, I dont know how they could reasonably expect that to allow me neither the machine or the form to fill in at home was a good or even reasonable standard of care. I'm quite sure they understand that we are in a cost of living crisis, so is it reasonable to think someone can hand over £20 knowing they will not have it back for a week....they thought so.
An absolutely shocking standard of care and treatment. Training, training, training. I beg you to train your staff to be reasonable.
