Went on Sunday night at 9pm, no other options open in Bristol at the time. The pharmacist made time to have a chat and offer a few different options. Great service and very convenient opening hours, even over a bank holiday weekend.

I would give zero stars if I could! this pharmacy used to be excellent but in early 2024 they suddenly became awful. I don't know if they had a change of ownership or staff, but they how lie and withhold my medications and make really dangerous errors in dispensing constantly. they've also stopped answering the phones and employed some quite cruel staff. I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere and report the company as I am very worried that they might kill patients through negligence. They told me that they gave my prescriptions to another patient!! and then refused to replace them as they had "already been dispensed". absolutely wild. Some of the rudest and most disorganised behaviour I've ever known from a pharmacy. so unprofessional and dangerous

Just had to do a late night dash across town to buy some medicine for my toddler. Very professional polite informative guy behind the counter, faultless service.

Worst service ever. They told me I had to call ten days before I needed my medication so that it would arrive on time. I would call them to make sure it had, then when I go there they have either not got the stock or are still waiting on the prescription. Sometimes it was not ordered at all. I had to call 111 multiple times to have my repeat prescriptions sent over.

The staff were rude to me on multiple occasions. When I made a complaint she responded with sarcasm.

The person who owns it told me he owns all the chemist in Easton. When I asked if he could contact one of the other stores to get the stock I needed, for my prescription, he said he was not connected to them.

I'm now at another chemist which is much better.

This is a small basic pharmacy. On the whole had what was needed for my daughters prescription and last scrip had to go to another pharmacy as they didn't have on what she needed.

After having to dash across the city just before they closed on a Saturday night to find a pharmacy open and with stock of antibiotics for my Son, I was so relieved that they agreed to take the prescription. It had been a stressful and worry filled day and this was the 4th pharmacy I'd travelled to. Thank you for helping my son, it's much appreciated.
Thank you also to the 2 kind ladies outside who saw my stress at the closing shutter and encouraged me to ask for help. X
