Deptford Surgery is a good surgery and have never had any complaints. My visit yesterday was very encouraging and remarkable. The person that attended to me was professional, kind and very understanding I’m sorry I can’t recall her name. I will recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a good doctor surgery. Many thanks for attending to me yesterday. The lady deserves a credit for her time and patience!

Outstanding care at this surgery! The reception team is really efficient and helpful. The doctors I have interacted with were all very helpful and thorough (especially Dr Verity and Dr Macphee). I sometimes have anxiety around making doctors appointments but everyone I have interacted with has been beyond pleasant ?

The Deptford Surgery team is amazing, the receptionists are very helpful, and the doctors are both professional and patient. I just had a GP appointment with Dr. William Ocen yesterday, and his care and efficiency really exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Team!

Wow, absolutely terrible. I don’t know what their problem is. I got diagnosed with ADHD back in 2001 and in my adult life, I’ve struggled with depression but it’s all because of ADHD. After being given antidepressants over five years, I decided to change into the ADHD roots. They refused to take a look and try and help me find my diagnosis. They were incredibly belittling and rude.

Got to the point where they didn’t want to deal with it anymore and started saying things like I was getting upset, and that’s why they weren’t talking to me anymore, which is not true.

I’ve now changed my medical practice and they instantly found all the documents straight away.

This place is an absolute joke. I would stay clear as much as possible the gatekeepers who work behind-the-scenes are the absolute worst people ever!

I wish I could write this at 0.

Avoid at all cost if you care for your family.
No appointments available for myself and my family. Always either go to A&E or call 111. Appointments available in 30 days time and it's a call consultation only. Disgusting staff, negligent, rude! They lost my sample, never sent to a hospital. They have Leaked very sensitive patients data to 3rd party. Never secured leaked informations. Your patient information isn't safe in this place They will not help you at all. They will ruin your health .
Refused to see my son , sent to hospital, hospital sent back to GP, they still refused to see us. They will ruine your health and family.
Administrator called Omar, disgusting individual with pleasure will refuse to book your emergency, will lie you are rude and hung up on you to avoid further conversation. He admitted he has no medical qualifications but decided my son's health doesn't require doctors attention and sent us to AE if I feel it's required. GP uses short ambiguous questionnaires to decide if you can see their doctor and you never qualify. Assessment is done on the phone by unqualified staff. Always evidence your conversation with this GP for your safety. Your confidential information isn't safe there, remember.
