Excellent service.
The receptionist was kind, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She directed me to complete a temporary residence form and arranged an appointment. I really appreciated her calm, friendly approach - thank you! The GP was also excellent. He called me the same day and arranged for antibiotics for my insect bite. This is so much better today!

Generally a pretty decent GP given NHS constraints and policies. You feel listened to. Usually can get an appointment when you really need one. Dr Katherine Grady is especially good - very sympathetic unlike other doctors I have seen in my life and also pragmatic too. Can usually get through on the phone unless it’s a Monday morning and the receptionists are generally good at booking you in

Big shout out to our wonderful NHS and, especially, the excellent CGP. A lovely helpful receptionist organised a temporary registration for a holiday maker and arranged for a telephone consultation with Dr. Oliver. He called back promptly, diagnosed the problem and filed a prescription with Cromer Boot's. The wonderful team there dispensed the prescription which I was able to collect. All within a couple of hours!! Brilliant service from all involved. Patient is making a good recovery.

Amazing practice and amazing staff! After rushing with my 4 year old child to out of hours GP in North Walsham (which can't put proper diagnosis for him anyway) we book an app with our GP in Cromer. He has been seen straight away with a doctor and 3 students. He checked him from tip to toe, listening to our concerns about his health and they gave him a proper diagnosis as well. I will be always grateful for that!
Staff here is very friendly, always listening to my concerns regarding my health or my kids health. The best practice in Norfolk definitely 👌

Not one for these reviews but this deserves it. Amazing practice!! I had to book in as a temporary guest here as my pharmacy back in Hertfordshire were useless in helping me. The receptionist tonight was so so kind, and reassured me I’d be spoken to (so please give her praise! And the doctor was super quick in calling me too). Also the pharmacy here was super efficient too in getting my prescription ready for an emergency. Honestly I know the NHS is strained but I couldn’t thank the whole team enough here. Thank you!

The staff don’t communicate with each other. I’ve had a reception member of staff ring and tell me that due to an appointment I had that morning they wanted me in that afternoon. I didn’t have an appointment that morning, night before and I stated I explained I couldn’t come in till Friday… which was stated to the nurse. They’ve ignored medication requests, claiming I’ve had the medication when I didn’t. Then ignored the request for further medication and still waiting 6 weeks on.

They incessantly ring and continue to badger when they want something. Dish out attitude and staff talk over you
