Just back from a 3 night stay. There were four of us in the party - should have been 5- so we had a two bed villa. This was great. It had 2 bathrooms and a huge patio. The kitchen had more than enough pots and pans etc to keep us in a full English and plenty of teas and coffees. We ate every night in the Amber bar. Largely because we had such a positive experience on the first night. The menu isn’t massive but there’s always some nice specials. And the food is fresh. The staff were all very accommodating. I paid extra for early check in and would suggest this as the bar doesn’t open until five. Some villas are accessible via steps so it might be worth mentioning this if you are going with some in less mobile

After a 3 night visit, some reflections:
Positives- Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Where we were based was very quiet and pleasantly situated. The gardens and most public spaces were immaculate.
Parking although often busy, we always found a space. Checking in, it felt I was signing my life away, through multiple tick box forms, was friendly and fairly efficient. Check out was simple.
Great opportunities to see the sunset over the Wash, if you go out to the far carpark or the lighthouse.

Negatives- It's >1mile walk or drive to the sea front/pier, and the complex is situated on a steep hill side. The apartments being layered up the hill side.
The on site bar and restaurant was a real disappointment compared to the rest of the facility. However there are many great independent food and drink alternatives in the town. A taxi ride back from the cab rank by the church is about £4.50.
Local grocery shops, just about walkable, but uphill on the way back, or it's use the car to go to the supermarket in town.

There is not enough there to prompt a return visit. But it's a good option if you want to stay in the Cromer area.

My mum and I decided for an overnight break in our locality and this was just the ticket.After a very hot Sunday we walked upto the club and got a most welcome and professional introduction to it all.Lived in thearea for over 20 years and had never been! Hannah the receptionist was exceptional in helping find our apartment and helping with us both in the heat after a seaside walk.The Apartment was wonderful and smelled really nice.Everything was spotless and welcoming.Want to go for xmas!

Stayed a week in a really well appointed villa. Restaurant staff really up to speed on my dietary needs(gluten free) meals adapted to be coeliac friendly. Good quality well presented foods. Warm and friendly welcome.

40 family members met here for a family birthday, and this place was perfect for a gathering. Apartments are very clean and has everything you need. Louise in Amber Bar was amazing. She had her work cut out with us lot, but went beyond and above. Give this lady a pay rise🙏. She made our stay more special. Thank you so much. Food was great. Would highly recommend this place. It is very hilly though, so take into account if you have walking issues.

I am from Florida. Good place to visit rural England. Quiet, family friendly atmosphere. Self contained apartments. Excellent swimming pool with sauna. Enjoyable place to spend the weekend.

We've stayed many times and this time didn't disappoint. Reception team are all lovely and gave us a wam welcome. Apartments and communal areas are spotless. Kitchen has everything you could need and this time we had a full size fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Free Internet also a bonus as lots of places now charge for this. Nice walk to Cromer sea front, this time we found a less steep path. Plenty to do in Cromer but this time we visited Sheringham, Holt and Wells next to the Sea. Can't wait to return.

Good place to stay. Booked the accomodation the night before the stay, the stay being 2 nights, and got a really good price. The apartment was clean and tidy with usable internet and a decent size. The one complaint Id have is that the bathroom smelled fairly bad and the toilet didn't flush all that well. We didnt use the facilities on site like the pool or restaraunt, but that said the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
