Excellent service.
The staff member who served me was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She recognised the nature of my insect bite, signposted me to the GP for further care, and suggested suitable pain relief in the meantime. I felt well supported and reassured, thank you!

Always good service and reliable. No repeat visits to collect medicines that are due, they are there first time. We were at Boots before, and items were missing or short. Cromer Pharmacy are brilliant and helpful when you need meds when you go away. Great service! Well done!

Disgraceful service when it comes to delivering medications.

They couldn’t find my house the first time I signed up for delivery of my medications and then they say they say it was “human error” as to why they failed to send a future batch of my medications.

I do not recommend this pharmacy whatsoever when it comes to delivery of prescriptions.

Impeccable service from counter staff to Pharmacist. I dropped in on a Friday afternoon prior to a Bank Holiday weekend with potential ear infection. I was seen by the friendly pharmacist Carenza immediately who advised of my course of treatment. I 100% recommend the services they offer and was so much easier than contacting the Drs for this particular case.

No communication regarding when my prescription had arrived. Told me my item was out of stock and they couldn't get it, ever. Seemed to have an issue with my name. When I went to collect my refund, told me my item had been in the pharmacy for 2 days. Again, no communication.

Please go elsewhere!
