Outstanding Service at Church Street Pharmacy – Thank You, Jit!

I can’t praise Church Street Pharmacy enough, especially Jit, who went above and beyond to help me today. I had been running around all morning trying to get medication for my four-year-old son, dealing with delays from the doctors and multiple pharmacies that didn’t have what we needed.

When I arrived at Church Street Pharmacy, Jit didn’t just tell me they didn’t have the medication—he took the time to explain why, gave me clear advice on what to do next, and genuinely guided me through the process. Thanks to his help, I was able to go back to the doctor and get a more commonly available prescription.

What really amazed me was that when I returned to Boots to check if they had the new medication, Jit was already there, personally looking into it so he could point me in the right direction. He didn’t have to do that, but he did—going out of his way to make sure my son got what he needed.

After a frustrating morning, his kindness and effort were a reminder of how good people can be. Thank you, Jit, and thank you, Church Street Pharmacy. Your help meant the world to me today!
