From the start, centre for surgery have been nothing but amazing. Everyone is so friendly and can't do enough for you. Dr Andre David did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with my results. I have my confidence back! The aftercare was brilliant, any issues or questions I had were answered quickly and I was offered to be seen the same day every time for seroma removal post-surgery, while being reassured that it was common and not a big problem. I had the most contact with Sumi, from the clinical support team and she was so kind, helpful and did a fabulous job of reassuring me about everything.

I waited a year after my "surgery" to write this review so I could be more detached and objective but I still wouldn't know where to start 'cause my experience with Centre for Surgery was a TOTAL DISASTER, from start to finish.

I went in for a basic, easy, buccal fat removal procedure with dr. Michail Vourvachis last December and I it turned out to be the most painful (and unsuccessful!!) procedure I've ever done in my life due to not having been guided correctly to pick the right type of anesthesia.

If you're planning to have buccal fat removal I do NOT recommend doing it only under local anesthesia: the pain is unbearable.

Anyway - after my face had been harvested and pulled left and right for what seemed like a lifetime, the Dr. decided to stitch up my left side (no buccal fat was removed). He then proceeded to cut my right cheek where the buccal fat manifested itself pretty quickly and I was then asked, the patient, if I wanted to have the left side re-opened so he could "check again". At this point the level of pain was unacceptable and I was not feeling in expert hands so I said no.
Noteworthy also to mention nurses leaving the operating room and not being present when called to assist the doctor (very professional) and surgical tools needed for this surgery missing from the operating table.

To top it all off, after the surgery I've had 2 or 3 more follow-ups both with dr Vourvachis and the director of the clinic who both reassured me multiple times that I would be able to get a refund after my horrible experience. I was in stead put in touch with a very dismissive secretary (shoutout to Sara Jaderi) who brushed off the issue and all the promises I was made by the doctors with one email.

I've had other surgeries in Beverly Hills, New York City and London and I can say with confidence that Centre For Surgery is an amateur clinic, not up to any type of professional standards in the tier of top practices where it places itself.

Removal of benign forehead Lipoma on Sunday 8th December. I was quite late and stressed due to difficulties with the rail service. The staff at the centre were very understanding. The procedure was straightforward and took about 25 minutes. I had a laugh and joke with the surgeon which helped to calm my nerves. I had the stitches taken out six days afterwards and the wound is healing really well. My face was very swollen but I was warned that it would be. The service I received from Mr Spyridon Vlachos and his team was 1st class from start to finish. Thank you.
