Be honest I don't understand why so many negative reviews, look like some people does not had experience with other GP practices. Trust me this is very good GP, here Doctors cares and listening you and try to go above and beyond to help. Receptionists whom I met so far being very nice cooperative and always smile. Never had problems to make an appointment at Aspley Medical. I am in process to move all my family here as my old GP was absolutely nightmare. Definitely advice!!!

The way aspley medical clinic runs is bad from way reception runs for the appointments. my last experience with this clinic that I had been given a way appointment (to see the nurse) on the day my of appointment I received a text message saying your appointment was cancelled due to staff illness I did not get annoyed about that because we are human at the end of the day and any thing can happen in our life (severe illness or fatalities or what so ever) so they text me message saying to contact the practice to rearrange a new appointment from that been cancelled. After few days I called the practice and I had given an away period of time appointment and because I am busy working person I had forgotten about my appointment due to no reminder so I received this message (Our records show you did not attend your appointment on —————-at Aspley Medical Centre. PLEASE CANCEL ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR RISK REMOVAL FROM THE PRACTICE. I think such type of message shows how this Practice threat it’s Patient by such message (Removal) some people had developed with( alzheimers-disease!!!!! ) so instead the practice could send a polite message to say Dear / MR/MRS we are sorry to hear that you had missed your appointment with the nurse/Doctor can you please ring the practice to re-arrange your appointment with a nurse/Doctor and if you need a reminder for your appointment a day before, please inform the receptionist such a message will give the patient a great confidence picture about how is Practice is Run. I think I am going to change this practice to a better practice. As such threats message will not be accepted!!!! Grow up and act Professionally!!!

Great experience. Need to sort the message on their phone system they have just changed it and it is very confusing. People just want to speak to reception to make an appointment, now they call them something else. Plus you have to be quick with Selection or the call is cut off

I cannot praise this surgery enough. I have never used the surgery much until recently. I have had no trouble making appointments and find the receptionists so very helpful, asking questions to get me to where I needed to be. The doctors and nurses are professional and understanding and I have received the best treatment.

Been with Aspley Medical Centre for years. Constant reoccurring and strengthening symptoms for over 3 years and very negligent approach. 5-10 min appointments with minimal knowledge provided, poor explanations and poor guidance. I’ve seen every GP they have there and have always been shoved antibiotics of all sorts but never took the time to dive deeper into what the root cause of my health problems are. Once I’ve been told that I may be over exaggerating my symptoms in my head to which I felt fed up and went abroad. Got tested and came out with an autoimmune disease along with other issues.I recently moved to a different practice after one of the gp’s wasn’t very bothered to determine whether I have an endocrine disorder. Just passing it off as „yes I think you may have it” and nothing else. Absolutely shocking approach to one’s health and wellbeing.

I like would to express my gratitude to reception staff and office manager Valerie Morley.
Reception staff are always helpful and will do their utmost best to provide a good service. They are always polite.
Special thanks to Valerie, for initiating, organising and collating information to put together a discussion group to support service users who are dealing with ADHD and neurodivergent children. Valerie's iniative, enabled us to share experience, advice and networking opportunities, it was very reassuring to meet other people who are trying to get support.
Many thanks to staff for organising the lovely refreshments provided.
Brilliant work, support provided by this Medical Centre

The doctors are incapable of reading, they continually tell you the your symptoms are wrong. Most useless doctor’s surgery there pry is. This use to be such a good medical centre when Dr. Hart worked here but now that he hasn’t worked here for some years it’s just a complete dumpster fire.

The doctor who called Simon does not give any sign of care about the patient.

He puts the patients under rush and a lot of pressure by keep saying you have only 10 minutes, you have only 10 minutes….

This is not the first time I have faced this kind of situation with him,

So disappointing to have an appointment with this doctor.

The rest of the team members are kind
