Had a great appointment with Valentina. She really listened to my concerns and went through my medical history with me so she could tailor the treatment. She constantly checked that the level of pressure she was using was working for me adjusting it when asked. She also gave me some great advice on exercises I could do myself at home to benefit my recovery. Definitely recommend.

I was experiencing some leg and back pain so booked an extended session as I'd not had a massage for a while

Marek was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand the issues before starting the massage. It was a firm massage which targeted the problematic areas/muscles. Now a few days later and the tension throughout my body feels much alleviated. He gave me some stretching exercises to do to help with the tension build up and I booked in for a follow up in a month's time.

I have experienced the muscles l' pain (work issue) for nearly 2 years. I tried to sort it our by seeing regular the Physiotherapist but I did not feel any difference.
Yesterday I have booked a deep tissue massage with VLADIMIR, because his professional profile was full of experience and row of the relevant qualifications.
If I say it was GREAT, then I would say nothing. I do believe Vladimir will sort out my problem and I am happy to see him regular. Many thanks!
