V helpful & friendly staff, especially Dr Snow who was so kind, thorough and reassuring during my recent appointments. Have been seen twice in last few weeks, being fitted in the 1st day as an emergency & seen straight away. Todays was quite a wait but I completely understand with the immense pressures they face, & the waiting room was spacious, clean and calming. Thanks so much again for all the amazing work you all do- it really matters.

Monday morning: i call at 8:01, i am told i am caller number one. No signal, no one picking up, just silence. After 4 minutes i hang up and call again. Now i am caller number 49. And this has happened before, to be caller numer one but no one answers. I understand the NHS is broken -- only an idot wouldn't see it -- many of the negative reviews can be traced to that, but this kind of negligence is something your surgery needs to sort out.

Big shout out today for service .I was on the verge of changing doctors after a particularly bad experience with a gp there .Today I rang and was 11th in queue,but they now have a ring back service and I got an appointment straight away. The GP I saw was a lady called Dr Park and many of the others there can take a leaf out of her book .She was very kind and careful ,took time to listen and referred me for more tests .I have requested to see her all the time and that a certain gp I don't...keep up the good work ,eventually we might return to pre covid service .

So annoyed.. my 3 yr old was requested to have bloods done today. We booked the appointment 3 weeks ago and when arriving on the day (had to book time off work) was informed the doctors should have given us a blood form and can’t take it without the form. Now we have to wait again for another appointment and more time off work. What an absolute farce!

Usual 20 minutes waiting on the phone and only one time option given (at 10am) for an appointment (impossible to attend if you work full time). Dr Ogunlusi was very caring and friendly.

I've been registered here for a year now and I have never been to a better doctors. I've always been able to get a same day appointment when needed, reception staff and doctors are so polite and helpful. Hard to find a GP surgery like this these days!

After a bad experience here with a GP I can only say it would pay dividends to be listened to about any health concern. Steer clear is my advice. What a shambles! Littlewick is a waste of funding. Whenever I pass comment on this surgery my reply is always the same.

ANP Hannah McLean has left us with a wonderful and professional experience. She treated us with friendliness, dignity and a thorough knowledge of our medical situation. Thankyou Hannah. You are a credit to your profession.xx
