This practice is absolutely wonderful! From the reception team to the GPS they are all fantastic, never felt rushed or not listened to. The reception team are so lovely always there to listen to you and no problem is to small for them !

So my family moved to this practice after being out of catchment for our old one. My word, I'm so glad I did. The most helpful, polite empathetic staff I've met. Chloe on reception is a credit to parkside, she's nailed the sympathetic voice (I'm a dental receptionist and haven't perfected this in 13years) nshe actually makes me wanna be a better receptionist. My son is autistic,I have bad health anxiety triggered by an autism diagnosis. Ringing my old practice when he's ill was very Very stressful, 30mins to answer and either rude or unhelpful. My son cannot tell me whats wrong so he's relying on me playing Dr role, which means I rely on the real doctors and receptionist to help me, to help him. Parkside have done on the two occasions, the receptionist just accept he needs to see someone and just gets on with it, then u go into see a gp or paramedic and they're smiling, friendly, down 2 earth people, take lots of time up reassuring you. They don't even mind your child removing their afternoon snack (an apple) off the table and eating it. Thank god for parkside, let the amazing work carry on. You are doing excellent job at putting other doctors surgeries to shame .

Recently had my annual review which was great experience from start to finish. From :
- the e-mail/text prompting me to make my annual appointment,
- to the ease of making the appointment which was the following week,
- attending the appointment the reception and nursing staff were lovely
- to the text confirming my bloods were fine.
Easy and efficient, i was amazed with the follow up text reassuring text. I had expected to have to chase this by phone.
Streamlined and efficient, using technology to provide quick and simple prompts and updates.

I have been a patient at Parkside for many years nearly my whole life and I’m 42! I have always found them professional and efficient but not just that friendly over the phone and in person. The doctors are great also. I have always got an appointment when needed one and for my family, just yesterday my husband was ill and he phoned Parkside and got a appointment straight away that morning and by 10am he was in the hospital with pneumonia on his left lung we are so grateful that it was dealt with so quickly. I would recommend Parkside to anyone. I even moved from the area and requested to stay as I like it there so much. Thank you all at Parkside practice for all you do ?

I have had several health issues over the past 12 months that have required a Dr's appointment or a Doctors advice so I have had more contact than normal with my surgery, Parkside. I have found all the staff, receptionists, doctors, and specialists could not have been more kind and helpful.
They are all so busy but through the lockdown, everyone was professional and even though they must have been under so much pressure, I was able to see or speak to a GP if necessary.
A very friendly, kind surgery.

I have only been registered with Parkside for 2 months but have had quite a bit of contact as have numerous health issues.
I'm so used to battling past receptionists with my last practice i felt i needed to say how wonderful staff are here. Pleasant, patient, helpful and understanding.
For my appointments , they've always been on time and have also had the above qualities.

I have been a patient at Parkside since I was born. I have always managed to get an appointment when needed. The doctors there are second to none and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family. The reception team are always friendly and helpful if you have a query. I wouldn't want to be registered anywhere else.
