Fantastic service, very professional and friendly doctor and nurses. My elderly parents were in this surgery for denture and after few visits they both are. Enjoying eating and smile again. 5 star is not good enough for this place. You won’t be disappointed if you try their service.

Went last friday had my new top Denture fitted. so happy. Next week i go back for my bottom denture to be fitted. With the most wonderful Dentist Dr Amol Patel. He has, given me a new confidence off life. And now, i soon will be ready for my birthday in June 17 th. I so recommend Dr Amol Patel ever. The staff are so lovely to.

Do not do your invisign there. If you face any issues, they will refuse to help you, even after phone calls and emails, to try to reach them. They claim Dr. Patel has resigned and become uncontactable and are unable to help. Unprofessional.

In my experience the treatment has been good from each visit I have made.The one area where the practice is weak is in the receptionists. They are arrogant and rude. You call to book an appointment and you will be immediately placed on hold. No explanation. Given they do have private patients who pay they seem unhappy about that. First and last impressions count hence the 3 stars due to the receptionists behaviour each time I visit.

I am going there about 2 years. So far so good.
Doctor Ricky was really really good last 4 visits I went there. He was polite and professional.

I read some reviews here and I am quite shocked. Girls in the reception are normal nurces. Being straight forward does not mean it's being rude. If you want to smilled at all times go to spa.

It's good service for the price. Thx.

I have been using this Dentist for many years and I have never had a problem. Just recently I had my Invisalign and two implants. Very happy.

I did my Invisalign here. During the whole process my appointment was missed twice (showed up and was turned back) due to administrative error.

During the procedure, my front teeth filling dropped off and the dentist promised to put it back after the whole Invisalign process. However he made the final Invisalign fitting BEFORE this was done.
This resulted in the Invisalign retainers not fitting completely (since it was moulded on my chipped front tooth).

I told the dentist and they offered to make me a new set. HOWEVER, this new set of upper teeth retainers were not cut at all. It covers all of my upper gums instead of just my teeth.

Overall the quality is poor and I would not recommend going to this dentist.

Receptionist is RUDE. Don’t listen to their voicemails, Polish Girl can’t speak good English! Dentist said I needed 3 fillings, went private and that wasn’t so true! Bad Surgery!!
