Sue at Prospect has been brilliant.

Since fitting me in to her busy schedule when I literally couldn’t move with lower back pain / sciatica, she has been professionally confident and reassuring about recovery and how to go about it. She treated me to alleviate severe pain and gave me exercises to conduct at home, suggested additional medication to request from the GP, and advised how to conduct the MSK assessment and go forward from there when that finally came through on the NHS (!!).

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Sue. I hope I have found the right words to express my thanks to her here.

Sue is a very experienced and knowledgable physiotherapist. I have been suffering with painful sciatic back and leg pains, at times almost unable to walk. But with Sue’s help she got me back on my feet and now pain free and able to walk normally. Without her knowledge and treatment plan I think I would still be in extreme pain.
I highly recommend her to anybody that needs to see an excellent and proficient physio.

So I did and I have found Sue to be professional and knowledgeable, determined to get to the root of a problem and deal with it.

As well as the hands-on treatment, I get exercises to do at home, properly demonstrated and explained; none of those uninspiring printouts that are handed out at some clinics.

I’ve had various physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths over the years due to a weak back (national squad gymnast as a child and life long horse rider/owner) which has actually resulted in spinal surgery in recent years. I’ve been receiving treatment from Sue for a few months now, in relation to a painful shoulder condition, and I cannot fault the service that I have received. I cannot even begin to say how INCREDIBLE Sue is at her job and how I couldn’t recommend her more if i tried. Sue is an absolute encyclopaedia of knowledge which totally puts you at ease as you know you’re in safe hands (quite literally!) and after being a dancer all my life and unfortunately sustaining various injuries, Sue has been able to fix me every time with treatment and has given me exercises to take away to do at home in recovery.

I have been in West End shows where the physio doesn’t even come close to the same calibre as Sue, hence why I will often travel back from London just so I can be seen by her as she is the only physio I trust.
