You will be taken care of at the beauty therapy centre from start to finish! I love having my nails done (with my daughter) and my daughter had her ears pierced a couple of months ago - I would thoroughly recommend both . Having her ears pierced by Toni was fantastic and she made my daughter totally at ease as she was very nervous! Xxx

I’ve been going to Leanne monthly for 7 months for a facial. She’s spent time getting to know me and my skin and to understand my goals. Every visit has been relaxing and I emerge feeling and looking better. I can see the improvement and the effects last for longer each time.

£48 rip off for pedicure. Have had to come home take the Polish off and re do myself. Need to be aware that the signage for the unit is hidden by vehicles when you come in so difficult when you haven't been before. It was meant to be a treat to myself but it was far from that.

Following your feedback you did not offer to refund or re do the pedicure at any point and I certainly did not decline. I was 2 minutes late and would have been on time if I'd been able to see the signs. As I have said I will not be returning

The service is excellent and no matter what treatment you have you can trust that it will be excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I visited the salon for a back massage with Clare a few weeks ago as I had moved home and was looking for a new salon to visit regularly. I selected Clare from her on-line profile as she looked very well qualified, experienced and as a fellow CIDESCO beauty therapist was looking forward to a good massage and friendly experience.

I was absolutely amazed with the off-hand and aloof way in which I was treated throughout my entire visit.

The reception was empty when I arrived and after a few minutes I was shown into a room by a very sullen Clare, while she disappeared to attended a teenager sat in a car outside who wanted to talk about her skin.

When Clare did return some time later, I wasn't asked any consultation questions, reasons why I was attending, or preference for massage oils. There was very little interaction with me and after the treatment was finished I was told to come to reception when I was ready. Clare took my money and told me if I wanted another appointment I could use the online booking tool.

I was left with the impression that either: she does like performing back massage, I had been judged not to be the suitable profile of customer or she was having a VERY bad day.

Another beauty therapist who was attending her clients seemed very cheerful and friendly, smiled and said hello. Unfortunately, I am so disappointed I couldn't possibly return.

In all my years of visiting salons, I have never been dismissed and treated like I was simply not good enough to be there. How deeply disappointing.

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.what a gem of place, so easy to find just outside Buckingham and in such beautiful relaxed surroundings.

Clare, Leanne and Toni are all so friendly, knowledgable and provide a very professional service.

Ive been many times, and I’m rebooked for my next treatment.
