Fantastic! I arrived at Willow in January, and today, nearly half way through April, my back is significantly better. Over Xmas and NY, my back was causing me major discomfort, meaning waking up at night constantly in pain, and not able to lift anything of notable weight. Dr Hardus has been brilliant getting my back into a position whereby I am nearly pain free and can sleep through the night and play tennis again. Really good customer service, nice practise. Highly recommended!

Moira is fantastic, really sorted my big toenail for me, was struggling to wear footwear as so painful, she diagnosed and treated very efficiently. No problem since treatment. Can recommend.

I got my toenails serviced prior to lots of uncomfortable shoe-wearing and dancing in the party season. I was very pleased. I thought I'd already clipped my toenails but they got enough off to start an ethical alternative to the ivory trade. Off came the stubborn residue of old nail varnish. Likewise the ridges were ground down to a smooth finish. Rough skin buffed off and after all that my toes are paragons of health, comfort and efficiency.

Called up to book dry needling, receptionist obviously didn't understand the difference between that and acupuncture so booked the latter. Was told there would be a consultation however wasn't made aware that the consultation would take up nearly the whole time with only literally 5 minutes being the actual acupuncture itself. On top of that there was no diagnosis apart from making assumptions on what he thought it might of been with 2 stretches for this condition he didn't even think I had.

Left disappointed, decided to email them expressing such and that I felt I'd paid £38 for only 5 minutes of the actual treatment I booked, received a snotty letter in the post with a refund with no acknowledgement of any mistake on their part and told to basically never come back despite only voicing a polite complaint.

Absolutely avoid.
