It was a new experience, however I can't give an exact verdict just because I've been twice...my wife had a problem to solve and was treated with respect and professionalism. I wish them to continue like this. There is a very large parking lot in the back.

Moved to the area so signed up to this surgery. Made an appointment to see a doctor well over a month in advance (because that is literally how long it takes now).
Then the morning of, I get a phonecall from the receptionist saying that they needed my appointment for "something else" and that I can't have mine. Even though I'd received the automated reminder text the night before.
She then proceeds to ask why I need to see the doctor, to which I said I'd rather discuss that with the doctor!
Honestly, why are they gatekeeping these doctors so badly. I bet if I walked in there the surgery would be empty. Terrible.

Doctors are extremely extremely helpful, and quite reliant but getting to them you have to get through the receptionists first, best way to describe them as god awful, unhelpful, condescending & quite impertinent. I do definitely agree with the other reviews, everything else about the surgery is quite great actually, will most likely change after today’s experience.

Doctor reports magically disappeared.Wife went to the gp with a lump on her neck, they advised that it’s because she had a cold, but no further advise. One year later went back ,second doctor tried to prescribe antidepressants…Wife asked for a special blood test for her thyroid even though doctor keep saying it’s not that.Turns out her thyroid is the problem, going for thyroid cancer result at Luton hospital this Thursday. This people are killing you if you are not careful, giving bad diagnosis and not caring about human life.Last gp added things on her report that she never mentioned when we were there, just to cover herself. The first appointment my wife had magically disappeared, they know how to cover themselves and you end up with cancer and can’t do anything about it .Absolutely disgusting.
All doctors we seen at this practice don’t care about your life and just trying to cover their mistakes, just by typing lies in the reports or complete deleting reports. They are just guessing things and playing with your life.

My experience was great here. Despite the appointment being late (most likely due to emergency appointments and short staffed), everyone was friendly. It's a free service, be kind!

Moved surgeries today. My experience at this surgery was awful. Rude receptionists most of the time. My partner and I were trying to conceive and struggling after 1y. Doctor told me to eat strawberries to help with conception - I have PCOS. Not sure why I wasnt referred to a fertility clinic. I asked for ante-natal information like what vitamins I should start to take or cares me and my partner should have etc, the doctor said they dont have that information and I need to search online. Doctor also told me that I am overweight on purpose because of my brains defense mechanism.
I made a complaint, got an apology but no indication that they would change their process or train their doctors better.
Was immediately referref to another doctors who gave me blood tests. They came back abnormal. She the referred me to a fertility clinic in March. I havent heard from anyone yet.
Luckily we are pregnant now because I went private for medical advise and support.
Called Salisbury house to say I am pregnant, I am a first time mum and I have no clue what to do. The answer was “you need to come here and populate a form, tell us when its your expected birth date and a midwife will be assigned to you”. I have irregular periods I dont know how far along I am, can be 2 weeks, can be 2 months. How do I know expected birth date? Receptionist said “doesnt matter, just write down when you had your last period ok”. Thats it phone call ended. Not congratulations or if you need anything in the meantime give us a call. Nothing.

I decided to change to Leighton Road Surgery as thats my partners GP and everytime I went there I found the receptionist to be nice and doctors good (who actually told my partner and I that I got bad advice at Salisbury house and we need to be referred to a fertility clinic, hence why I complained).

I changed on a Monday. Called on Weds. receptionist said “congratulations! Lets get you all sorted. I will book you in for a midwife appointment . Heres their phone number, give them a call if anything happens in the meantime”

The immediate difference in care, tact and support is abismal. You guys should be ashamed of the service you are providing at the moment. Something needs to change and you need to look at how you are treating people. I work hard and pay my taxes, I shouldnt have to go private or change GPs to get the service I was meant to. Just because you dont care about your patients.
