Please do not use this agency they have a carer whose has stolen my brothers personal belongings and documents he is a disabled man and this agency has not done anything to help the situation the mental stress they have caused my brother he has lost his important sentimental things in which this carer has stolen it went missing the day the carer was on shift please refrain your life from this agency the carers they send will come into your home will steal things which is unacceptable police have been informed.
This is the worst agency who do not care for their residents all they want is to be paid the mental stress they have caused my brother it is imhumane we do not know how we can trust any carer again.........this carer has mentally traumatised my brother by stealing please do not think about using this agency save your ill relatives and friends.

Extremely Disappointed with This Care Provider
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the care provider. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. From the very beginning, their lack of professionalism and rudeness has been evident.

Communication has been a major issue. It's incredibly frustrating when you're met with dismissive responses and a complete disregard for your concerns. I had expected a certain level of empathy and understanding, especially considering the sensitive nature of their work. However, my mum met with indifference that left me feeling unheard and undervalued.

The quality of care provided was far below expectations. Instead of feeling supported, I my myself constantly having to double-check their work and advocate for the basic needs of the person under their care. simply unacceptable, and it only added to the stress of an already challenging situation.

I believe in giving feedback to help improve services, but unfortunately, my attempts to address these issues were met with even more rudeness and defensiveness. It's disappointing that a care provider, whose primary role is to assist and support, can treat clients with such disrespect.

I strongly advise anyone seeking care services to think twice before considering this provider. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall disregard for their clients' well-being make them an unfortunate choice for those in need of genuine care and support.

My mother, who is paralyzed and relies on assistance for her daily needs, deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. Unfortunately, this agency has proven time and again that they are not up to the task.

It is utterly unacceptable to leave a paralyzed individual without the essential help they require, and this agency's consistent unreliability only adds to our family's stress.

The caregivers sent by the agency often displayed a complete lack of understanding of her needs and treated her with impatience and indifference. This type of behavior is not only inexcusable but also damaging to the well-being of someone who depends on external assistance for even the simplest tasks.

My mother, along with others in similar situations, deserves far better than what this agency has to offer.
