Finally the rustic bread is available and cooked so fresh that guy Joe who on slice . Meats before is really spot on on the breads cooked perfect and I see him today showing new girls the ropes very efficient and hard working I bought 2 so good £1.5 a loaf stone baked grand rustquei

It's a nice sized supermarket. The staff are trained to within an inch of their lives to be friendly. And yes, you do overhear middle class people talking loudly. Last visit a bloke in red trousers was reciting the sandwich offerings on his mobile to his very choosey wife. The downside is exiting the car park.

I would like to one day be able to use the scanner without having a 19 item check. It really goes against the idea of saving time. Also this store was not as good on vegan options as I would have liked. Otherwise nice, clean big shop with very polite and friendly staff.

Very nice store. Slightly higher 'Waitrose' prices that you come to expect but produce is good quality. Take care in their car park as their moped delivery drivers drive the wrong way around the one way system and generally get in the way.

The cafe inside waitrose is not to bad, but i would not recommend getting hot food. I got a ham and cheese toastie but the cheese was not melted it was warm on the outside and freezing cold on the inside it was not toasted long enough, and the sausage bap was also cold and under toasted, i would have said something but the staff was walking around like the were rushed off there feet when there was only 2 people queing. I get that they have other things to do, but when it comes to food they really need to makes sure its hot so people dont get ill. Also the prices are way to high for what it is 6.25 for and under cooked toatie not good enough.

Stopped by this branch today and I can you I was not expressed with the cashier ,she was very nice and chatty with the white customers in front of me ,but when it was me turn all I got was, two waters? I was speechless, no hi,hello , just straight cashed my items and that was it ,I forgot to check her name ,but she was the black cashier on tills after 3pm,don't think I will come back

This waitrose store is very big inside it was a bit a busy when i went in. I didn't wait to long to be served the shelves where full of food in stock. Clean & tidy too. Also the car park is large too.

Needed some talc powder and online it said it was available. Went in and asked 4 different people, none of which offered any help to look and just told me to check in different aisles. Got so fed up in the end I ordered it off of amazon instead. For a shop that charges alot more for items than other places its a shame that the customer service doesn't reflect that.
